    I placed an order on 7/18/22 (order no. ********) total of $1378.10, then after contacting customer service, I found out that they don't have the item in stock. Therefore I request to cancel the order and they canceled the order on 7/20/22, and received the cancellation confirmation email. But since then they hold the $1378.10 pending charge on my credit card and are not releasing the charge, which prevents me to use my credit card due to the hold of funds. I contacted them via email to release the charge but they haven't released it yet.

    I ordered a product 1 month ago and still hasn't been shipped. I've asked for a refund and they won't refund it and they won't send product. I've sent a request to my credit card to dispute the charges. It appears that Botach charges customers for products and doesn't fulfil the order all while having a charge on my credit card since June 1, 2022. I've sent several emails and they tell me they won't refund the money and won't give my any idea of when it would be shipped.

It's set to be delivered Monday. I then see your reply back to the Rep which was saying we are fraud and didn't ship it. I just want to state that this is not the case, You were sent the tracking number which shows movement. I will go ahead and resend your tracking to your email for your ease and records. If you no longer want the item please feel free to email in for an RMA.

    I made two purchases on Botach.com. They make you purchase UPS 2-day shipping which is around $40 per firearm. My first purchase was made on May 7th. I received an email asking for my FFL info which I sent the very next day. One full week later (May 15th) I was emailed tracking number and even then the delivery took 4 days to arrive at my FFL (May 19th). I wasn't happy with that but I did't raise issue (until my second purchase). My second purchase was on May 31st. Again I was charged almost $40 for UPS 2-day shipping. Again, my FFL information was sent the very next day. A week went by and I still didn't receive any updates on shipping. I called several times, and 8 days later I finally got a human to answer. "Sam" informed me the order was still showing "processing" because they were waiting for my FFL info. I called my FFL and got confirmation they sent it over a week ago at 2pm but that they would send it again that day. He said he couldn't find it. I asked for supervisor from Botach to call me and verify they now have what they need and are shipping it my order. I never got a call back from the manager. After calling back, multiple times, for 3 days in a row, I tried emailing the owner at **@******.com, asking for someone in charge to call me and get this figured out. I finally got a call back from "Chanya" saying they apologize for their error and delay. The FFL info must have been missed. She told me they were required to UPS because it's a firearm which is not true. If you are shipping to and from an FFL dealer you can use any method including USPS flat rate which would also be 2-day and around $15. It is now June 14th and my FFL still hasn't received any delivery! I have called this company over and over only not get vague answers and outright lies. I was promised the shipment would go out the 9th. I called back on the 10th and 11th only to find a label was created but no pick-up was ever made. Botach is a terribly unorganized, unprofessional company.

    I PURCHASED A SILENCER FROM THIS BUSINESS ON FEB 20, 2022. (SILENCERS ARE HIGHLY REGULATED WITH MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH, WITH A LONG PAPER TRAIL THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FOLLOW IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE LEGALLY) THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL, I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE THAT WAS NEVER RETURNED, THE MESSAGE JUST WENT INTO A BLACK HOLE SOMEWHERE AND WAS NEVER RESPONDED TO. I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THE GOVERNMENT SERVICES NUMBER, AND ONLY THEN WOULD I GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE FIREARMS MANAGER COULD ONLY BE EMAILED THROUGH THEIR COMPANY EMAIL AND I COULDN'T TALK TO HIM. THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY SCREENING HIS CALLS SO HE WOULD'NT HAVE TO HELP CUSTOMERS. SO AFTER MANY MONTHS AND EXCUSES IT FINALLY SHIPPED TO MY FFL. I DID EVENTUALLY GET THROUGH TO BARAK THE FIREARMS MANGER. I TOLD HIM WHAT A TERRIBLE JOB OF COMMUNICATION I EXPERIENCED AND THE MULTIPLE EXCUSES I WAS TOLD. SO IN ALL, I HAD ONE CONVERSATION WITH BARAK AND HE TOLD ME SINCE I EXPERIENCED THEIR WORLD CLASS TERRIBLE SERVICE HE WOULD SEND ME AN OSS MUZZLE DEVICE (OSS-1677) FOR MY MANY MONTHS OF AGONY FROM THEIR COMPANY. THAT LIE WAS TOLD TO ME 4 WEEKS AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MUZZLE DEVICE, EVEN THOUGH I WAS PROMISED BARAK WOULD CALL ME AND MAKE IT RIGHT.     I order a product from this company on 5/2/22, and was only offered free shipping, in which they did not add shipping insurance. The company shipped the product and the usps deliver it to the wrong address. I was in contact with the usps and botach during this whole process. I was told by a representative of botch when I called to inform them that a new order would be sent right away. A few days later broach stated that there was nothing they could do and that I should file a police report. I then contacted the usps and learned that they sent the product back to botach. Botach is refusing to refund my money and/or reship the product that I purchased. Their customer service has been the worst I have ever encountered. I just want a full refund.

    I placed an order with Botach for the "Battle Steel Tactical Armor Deal Level 4 Plates & Carrier" on February 19th for $199.98. There was no indication of back order or any other shipping delay during the purchasing process, yet when I checked 2 weeks later the order status was "on back order". On March 17th I contacted Botach customer support requesting an ETA. Mykala from the company responded with "I am very sorry I do not have a solid ETA. They should be coming in shortly". It is now April 29th and the item is still listed as on back order. Given what I've discovered of this vendor's reputation, I have very little faith I will ever receive what I ordered.
