    I ordered and received a pair of shoes from this company. They sent the size I ordered but they didn't fit. They have a return policy so I didn't worry about ordering from them. I have sent 5 emails to the company trying to get my shoes exchanged but I never receive an answer. I also tried the company on line chat but no one came on there either.     On July 20th, I placed an online order with Hey Dudes Shoes for two pairs of mens shoes and 1 pair of womens. The total cost was $140.43. I selected to make 4 installment payments of which 2 have already happened. The invoice states shipping on 3-7 business days. It is now August 20th. There is no phone # to contact them. The tracking has continued to say "package waiting for shipper". I have reached out via email to the company and no reply thus far. Resolution would be to receive my shoes but if that isn't possible it would be to receive a refund for what I have already paid.

I chose a full refund. I've received another email stating that they refunded the $ paid in the original method of payment which was on a card. I am disappointed in this company and the fact that not only does the problem I had with them seem to happen frequently with other customers ("lost in transit") but also that it seems that it takes the consumer reaching out the BBB for any resolution to happen. Despite that, this seems resolved.

    i have ordered shoes via the HEYDUDE website on 8-6-22 with a estimated arrival of 3-5 days it is going on day 9 with no shoes. i have contacted the company 3 times twice with their website contact form and once via email. all numbers online are disconnected. my shoes cannot be found via dhl or usps and have told me to contact HEYDUDE i just want my shoes or an answer

    Hello, I made an online purchase from Hey Dudes via www.heydudeshoeusa.com on 7/22/22 order # XXXXXXX. I purchased 4 items total: *Womens Wendy shoe size 7 in black $59.95 *Replacement insole for that shoe $9.95 *Men's Wally shoe size 10 in Caribou $59.95 * Replacement insole for that shoe $9.95 I used a 10 % coupon code. Total purchase price with tax was $125.97. I received my order in 3 separate packages (insole #1 delivered on 7/28/22, insole #2 delivered on 8/2/22, women's shoe delivered on 8/4/22... yet I never received the Men's Wally shoe size 10. The online tracking system shows all items have been delivered. I attempted to email the company 8/5/22 with no response. I used ** ********* 8/9/22 to send a message and received a response 8/10/22 to call XXX-XXX-XXXX or send a customer service request via a link they provided on messenger. I attempted to call the number, but after waiting over an hour on hold I hung up! I used the link they provided and submitted a request. As of yet, I have not received a response from the email or link I submitted. I would like this matter resolved, either by the company sending me the missing item or issuing a refund for the shoe.     I bought my daughter a pair of shoes and they came dirty, already worn, and torn on the top. They are defective and were bought brand new from the website. I have tried to get my shoes sent back and covered under their warranty policy. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard one word back from this horrible company. I just keep reading reviews about them never responding to their customers or holding to their word on THEIR OWN warranty policy. All I want is the darn shoes replaced as money is VERY tight and I had to ask a famipy member to buy the shoes so my daughter can start school next week. Now she has no shoes to wear until Hey Dudes fixes their defective shoe issue with me. My daughter whom is 6 and on the autism spectrum is very upset about her new shoes. She absolutely won't wear another brand as she cannot tie her own shoes, so this has been more of a headache then I needed. I JUST want the dang warranty policy to cover the shoes so she can have something to wear, asap.

I've read that you guys wait momths to repsond then tell people it's been too long and you can't honor the return or warranty because it's past your 90 day return or warranty policy.     Hello, I ordered two pairs of shoes from Hey Dude shoes on 8/2/22 order #*******. I received my shoes which were Wally Funk in size 10, but my daughter's shoes size 7 Wendy in natural rosemary have never arrived. These shoes are to be a Birthday present for her. I have repeatedly emailed customer service at Hey Dude and have received no reply. My order total was $126.00 the missing pair are priced at $59.95. I would really like to receive the shoes but if that isn't going to happen I would like a refund. Really poor customer service in my opinion!

    Shoes arrived with out Complete parts to attach the strings/tassels. They were a gift. I emailed the company about getting the replacement parts shipped and they said it had to be done within 72 hours. The shoes were a gift. I did not know for almost 3 weeks that they were even supposed to have that part. Company refusing to help replace missing parts.
