Shoes arrived with out Complete parts to attach the strings/tassels. They were a gift. I emailed the company about getting the replacement parts shipped and they said it had to be done within 72 hours. The shoes were a gift. I did not know for almost 3 weeks that they were even supposed to have that part. Company refusing to help replace missing parts.Business Response

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes on 08/01/2022. I received *** tracking information. The shoes were to arrive on Friday 08/05/2022. On Friday 08/05/2022 I received 1 *** bag with 1 of the 3 pair of shoes. It showed that 2 were suppose to be in that order and the other pair was to be delivered 08/06/2022. There is no phone number to call. I went on Hey Dudes site and filled out a form making aware I didn't receive the one pair that said it was 2 in the order. No response. On Saturday the 3rd pair did not arrive. I filled out the form again no response. On Monday 08/08/2022 I attempted the chat. For reason I selected missing items. It came back with a survey on how I liked the chat and no response. Today I can not even track the 3rd pair of shoes. To date 08/09/2022 I have not received 2 out of the three shoes that said delivered. I can not get a response via the form or chat! Customer service is non existent. At this point I would like a refund for my shoes or them to be shipped next day with fed ex or something I can track. A call would be better to make sure I am speaking to a real person. This has scam written all over it! Will never purchase from them again. How you do own a business and not have away to talk to customers. I can't imagine if I would of had to return them. I ordered three pair of shoes from Hey Dude website. My order number is ******* According to the tracking number, all three shoes were delivered. However, I only received ONE of the THREE pair of shoes ordered. Also, according to the tracking details that were sent to me, the package only weighed .735 pounds. Clearly not three pair of shoes. I have emailed Hey Dude with the email address provided. I also sent them a message via ******** in which they provided that option as well. Not once have I received a response and strangely they don't have ANY phone number listed. Please help me in receiving a response from Hey Dude Shoes. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes from HeyDude Shoes. Only one pair came in the mail on July 29, 2022. It says my order was completed on their website. I have sent them 5-6 messages on their website and I have emailed their support 3-4 times and have zero responses in 9 days. Received my order correctly and quickly for a pair of shoes. After wearing them for a few days, the shoes make squeaky noises when you walk. I contacted the company for an explanation and see if I can swap them out. I have tried multiple email addresses on their website, tried contacting them through *********, and ********. They have not returned any correspondence after several attempts.
