I ordered 3 tubes of Instatox for Christmas presents for my daughters. I received the product and then 3 months later I received 3 more tubes which I didnt order. I have attempted numerous times to cancel a subscription that I was unaware I had and have not received confirmation of the cancellation. I emailed and called to no avail.Business response

I ordered a product (InstaTox) from the business in January 2024. The product did not work, so I discontinued usage. In February, I was billed again by company and sent an email with order # that I had not submitted. When I go to my account, this order is not listed and only shows order/shipment from January. I called company and left a message to please refund me for second charge and stop future charges. They never responded and never issued a refund. They never answer phone. I was just charged again today (March 10th). Again, the email has no links to their site or a way to contact them. My account on their site still only shows one order from back in January. I've now sent another email and left another voice message.Business response

I have the same problem as everyone here. I ordered the InstaTox on 2/2/2024 and they sent me another one on 3/4/2024, and I did not sign up for a subscription. Even if I had there is no way to cancel it on there. Please cancel any remaining subscription orders.Business response

On January 19, 2024, I ordered one tube of Serious Skin Care Insta-Tox product and paid for it with a credit card in the amount of $37.29. I received this product in the mail a few days later. Then I noticed on February 28, 2024 that my credit card account listed a second charge of $37.29 for this Serious Skin Care Insta-Tox product. I never authorized this company to set up automated order processing and send me additional products after my one-time purchase on January 19, 2024. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau contact Serious Skin Care and tell them to stop charging any more skincare products and to request that they refund the $37.29 unauthoritzed charge to ************** which they obviously have kept on file. I did not accept t(e insincere response from the Serious **************** because I knew they would not do anythiing to resolve my BBB complaint. Seriou Skincare never contacted me to resolve my complaint. Thus, they are liars who never intended to resolve my complaint. If the BBB would review all the BBB complaints on your own website, you will understand why I made the decision not to accept Serious Skincare's offer to resolve my complaint. Now I am wondering how anyone can actually accomplish a true resolultion mediated by the BBB at all. The BBB has failed to help me in this matter. So, go right ahead and close my complaint. You have not done anything that helpe me whatsoever.

Perhaps you are using Artificial Intelligence to respond to my comments related to the abovementioned complaint because your response to my last communication with me on March 21, 2024 looks like a form letter rather than an actual personal response to MY comments. You surely have looked at your files of complaints filed against Serious Skin Care in ******. Thus, you know that many other complaints filed against this company are worded almost exactly the same as my complaint.
I am confident of only one thing: No matter what Serious Skin Care tells you about my complaint, you are not going to keep sending me that same Artificial Intelligence answer. This means you sincerely do not care whether my complaint against Serious Skin Care is ever completely resolved.
Now, keep playing your game. All it does is keep Serious Skin Care from ever being held liable for their scofflaw attitude of cheating customers out of money.

I ordered a beauty product from them on 1/25/24. I paid ***** and I did not sign up for a recurring shipment. I was billed again for the same price on 2/24/24. There is no phone number listed or any instructions to cancel this service. I did not have another 40 bucks to spend on this again this month and I need the money back and the recurring payments to stop immediately.Business response

I had previous charges from this company 3 months ago and now have gotten an renewal advisory and charge which I did not do nor did I authorize. I have emailed **************** and requested whatever this is to be cancelled immediately. This is unethical and I will be contacting my financial institution first thing tomorrow. I ordered one time and the product was horrible but that wasn't the biggest problem . I understand I order something and it doesn't work I lose my money but to keep charging me and then offer 50 percent off the bottle there sending me when I wouldn't give you a Quarter for this lotion again. I seen most people have the same complaint and I this something you should be done so they don't take advantage of the consumer. Terrible product that made me itch.Business response

I ordered a product online from Serious Skincare in November. It ended up being a subscription, something that was very unclear when purchased. I have been trying to get through to customer service to cancel since mid-December when I received a second shipment. Their website states that you can follow a link in the invoice sent when it shipped to manage your account and subscriptions, this is false there are NO links, no to the order, your account, not even the website. *********************************** My account shows that I have never placed an order so there is nothing to cancel, yet the 15th of every month I am charged *****, or ***** same product I dont know why charges are so inconsistent.When you click the contact us button it tries to open up every email service except the ones you have and makes you go through this process of logging in or opening a new account to send an email then your back at square one because it doesn't work and you have to click the contact us button all over again. More than 3 months I have been trying to contact these people. No phone numbers are listed. Emails go unanswered.Business response
