      I had previous charges from this company 3 months ago and now have gotten an renewal advisory and charge which I did not do nor did I authorize. I have emailed **************** and requested whatever this is to be cancelled immediately. This is unethical and I will be contacting my financial institution first thing tomorrow. I request this be resolved immediately and for good! Whatever I do you have of mine - erase it out of your records. Unable to get through 800 number!!

      I ordered one time and the product was horrible but that wasn't the biggest problem . I understand I order something and it doesn't work I lose my money but to keep charging me and then offer 50 percent off the bottle there sending me when I wouldn't give you a Quarter for this lotion again. I seen most people have the same complaint and I this something you should be done so they don't take advantage of the consumer. Terrible product that made me itch.

      I ordered a product online from Serious Skincare in November. It ended up being a subscription, something that was very unclear when purchased. I have been trying to get through to customer service to cancel since mid-December when I received a second shipment. Their website states that you can follow a link in the invoice sent when it shipped to manage your account and subscriptions, this is false there are NO links, no to the order, your account, not even the website. *********************************** My account shows that I have never placed an order so there is nothing to cancel, yet the 15th of every month I am charged *****, or ***** same product I dont know why charges are so inconsistent.When you click the contact us button it tries to open up every email service except the ones you have and makes you go through this process of logging in or opening a new account to send an email then your back at square one because it doesn't work and you have to click the contact us button all over again. More than 3 months I have been trying to contact these people. No phone numbers are listed. Emails go unanswered.

      I purchased Serious Skin Care Cream in Dec 2024, but I could not use the cream as advised by my doctor. **** was too late to return that one. However, the Serious Skin Care company sent an auto-shipment of the same product without my consent and charged my credit card $94.00. I did as they advised and sent the item back within 15 days. I sent it back in amble time. They said that if they would return my money. They promised that if I sent the product back unopened they would put the money back on my card I sent back unopened. I received this auto-shipment product on the weekend of 02/11/2024. I mailed the product back to the ************* *********** on 02/10/2024 according to the tracking number 9500-1141-4823-4040751894 the shipment was received on delivered on the front door at *******, ** ***** February 12, 2024, at 1:56. I called and the company and the representative claim they never heard of me even after recently sending an email to me. All the communication with them is downloaded. This company took my money and received their product back then claimed they never heard of me.

      As with all the others . I ordered a one time order of insta tox and it wasnt so great . So no harm no foul but they continue to send me AND CHARGE for more insta tox. I have called them and cancelled , I have left messages and disputed with my credit card co. *********** I ordered in August of 2023 and then was sent an email that I would be receiving more in November. I emailed and requested cancel , AGAIN but to no avail. So I got a bill for 35. 20 on November 10 2023. I disputed with my credit card company and won that dispute. And I might add Ive not received the same bill yet. I havent received anything but money taken out of my bank acct. no bills . No receipts. So here it is February 19th and Im stuck with another 3 tubes of insta tox tubes. I called and talked to a very low voiced Asian woman who was very nice but I could hardly understand , after waiting for her to look me up ( I dont have an acct number they show no acct.)then after waiting in silence for 15 minutes the phone was disconnected. So I have two bills this month ($89.08 and $9.99) . They are scammers , frauds. I will dispute this charge too and throw the junk out.

      I ordered this product one time from them. I never subscribed to this at all!!!! I am a lower income single parent who ordered this originally at Christmas time. I have called and left messages, e-mailed and get no response. I want them to stop or I will seek legal action against them. This is ridiculous. They will not even respond to me!!! This is ridiculous. I want this stopped and I want a full refund of money to my account along with an apology for doing this in the first place!!!

      I purchased instatox once online to try it out. Then today I see $37.21 debited from my account. I did not sign up for autopay since I wasn't sure about the product. It only works temporarily and feels awful on skin. Once it dries and you put makeup on it stops working and then your skin has a flaky product under eyes . I would not sign up for autopay . I didn't even see that as an option . Serious Skin Care did this automatically without any consent. I want my money returned immediately.

      I saw at 12am I was charged again for serious skin care but I did not order this! It looks like I ordered this at 12am at night but I did not! It concerns me that serious skin care would take it upon themselves and create an order and bill to my credit card. I am furious! There should be actions taken . This is illegal and I want to know how to move charges forward because this is scamming customers. I promise you I did not sign up for auto pay or I did not order this at 12am in the morning. This company is stealing from people taking it upon themselves to make a new order and charge credit card without permission. I want them investigated!

      This was done at midnight. It looks like I made this order but I did not. This company made an invoice used my card and billed me . I did not do it and this is fraud!

      The customer has a choice of paying for a One Time Purchase for $39.00 before tax, or as in this case, she chose to buy at a 10% discounted price of $35.10 before tax, on subscription.  The recharges for subscriptions do happen automatically at midnight.
