    I just received a renewal request from ******************. On 6/16/2022 I thought I renewed SI for 10 years for $134.40. Evidently, I did something wrong because the subscription service never told the folks to extend my subscription expiration date past the indicated 2024 date in my just received renewal request. I'm guessing it was the subscription service that messed up. In pursuing this problem my wife and I discovered that there are a number of other subscribers that have had the exact same problem and that the BBB was helpful in rectifying this problem. Help...

    I have been charged $38.64 for the 4th time this year by this company, a reoccurring to my credit card. I have tried to cancel this before, but it keeps on. There is no way to contact them, I have left several vmails and email. No one responds. I do not know what the charges cover or how much I paying for subscription renewal. My magazine says April25 on the label. I want these charges stopped, cancel any future payments, and refund $154.56.

    I purchased a Sports Illustrated subscription in 2022 for 64 issues plus 10 free. The issues were not credited to my account until a year later after having to reach out over email. Some how the subscription was only credited for 24 issues and has since expired on my account. I reached out three weeks ago over email to get this resolved and get the full credit of my order. I have not had any response. Communication is non-existent. I have only received about 12 issues.

    I had a subscription to **************************** which has ceased publication. How to I ger a refund?

    Sports Illustrated has been sold to a new publishing company(Minute Media). They just signed a 10 year agreement to print and publish the magazine. The next issue due out is the June/July issue which is a double issue. If you want to cancel or get a refund you would need to contact the publisher.

    Since Sports Illustrated has simply stopped publishing print issues, what happens to all of us subscribers who still have term left on our subscriptions? Is there any indication that they will resume publishing again, or do we need to pursue getting refunds? I have tried to contact both SI and MinuteMedia, the new publisher, using their customer service phone numbers and emails, and my inquiries have gone unanswered. I know I'm not the only one wondering how this will work.

    Minute Media is the new publisher under a new 10 year print publishing agreement. The next issue is the June/July issue and its a double issue. Credits will be issued for any missed issues according to ************* This is the latest information regarding Sports Illustrated printing schedule.

    I have been charged $76.16 four times this year. 2/28/24, 3/23/24, 4/28/24 and 6/3/24. I have asked them repeatedly to CANCEL this subscription. They did refund 2 of those months but now again on 6/3/24 they charged me another $76.16. Please have my subscription SPI3621796980 cancelled and send a confirmation of cancellation. I don't know what is going on with SI but it looks like its happened to other people.

    In February, 2023, I purchased a subscription to Sports Illustrated for my wife's cousin in the amount of $76.16. In July, 2023, I started getting additional charges to my credit card in the amount of $76.16 each. They occurred at random times. You can see them on the attached document. The only way I could reach the business was by emailing them using the form on their Contact Us page. Each time I contacted them, I would receive an apology and a couple of refunds, then nothing. I contacted them several times with pretty much the same response. In March of 2024, ***** was to contact them to ask them to not charge my card any more. On April 28, 2024, I received another charge. I sent another email to them today (May 3, 2024) asking for resolution. Basically, they have charged me eleven times at $76.16 each over the past year, and I have received six refunds. However, they keep charging my card. By my count, above the original subscription payment, this firm has charged me $837.76, refunded me $456.96, leaving them owing me $380.80. Their communications with me have been less than satisfactory.

    We have initiated refunds starting today. We can only issue 1 refund at a time, so this will take a few weeks. It looks like there were duplicate accounts causing the errors in charges. We have deleted all duplicate records and have frozen the original account from any future charges.

    I paid the renewal service a check on 6/23/22 for a 3 year subscription to Sports Illustrated.My invoice # was *********. My check was cashed, the renewal was never processed. I spoke to Sports Illustrated regarding the issue and they told me they are not affiliated with this business, therefore, they had no information on the renewal and were unable to help.I did not realize this until Sports Illustrated said my subscription was up. I have called and emailed the Subscriber Services and received no reply.

    We are a legitimate subscription renewal service for various magazines regardless what you were told by Sports Illustrated. We are independent service agency. There are approximately 900 independent subscription agencies across *******. 

    Subscriber Renewal Services has been in business since 1986. All orders are processed through an authorized clearinghouse for subscription agents who are authorized directly with *************************** to clear orders for Subscriber Services and it's divisions since 1954.
