    The company has charged me on three separate occasions $76.26 for a subscription to Sports Illustrated. Once on 10/27/23; again on 01/02/24;and again on 01/23/24. Sports Illustrated cancelled my subscription. I have charged $228.48 and have had my subscription cancelled. I have called with no return call and have emailed with no response.

    I have had my subscription to Sports Illustrated ("SI") delivered to my home address at ************************************************************ for nearly 20 years (and have been a subscriber longer than that). My subscription number is #SPI3621459217/5#.I had a charge of $134.40 to my Discover card on 5/08/2023, which would have been appropriate if my subscription was coming due via auto-renewal. The renewal on my credit card statement for the transaction says this:SPORTS SUBSCRIBERS SERVI ******************* TRANSFERRED FROM PREV ACCOUNT The item says that it was transferred from a previous account; presumably this was due to a change in my Discover credit card number that took place previously.The issue is that I just found identical charges for $134.40 on both 7/30/2023 and again for $134.40 on 11/08/2023. These were not authorized by me, and are in error.I have sent multiple emails to SI requesting a refund these two erroneous charges, for a total credit of $268.80. The first email (sent 11/30/23) did include my SI an account number, but included full information on my mailing address and the date of the credit card charges, which would have made it easy to verify my account. Still, I responded with my SI account number as soon as I was able to see it on my next issue. SI was unresponsive to several follow-up emails throughout December 2023 after I provided their requested information.I requested SI provide a credit to my Discover card ending in the digits ****. If SI does not have that card on file, I requested they contact me for the full credit card information to arrange the reimbursement.I ask that SI:1) Confirm the term of my remaining subscription to that reflects the $134.40 paid on May 8th 2) Refund $268.80 to my Discover card to return the unauthorized charges to my card 3) That any and all auto-renewal services and credit card access be deactivated on my account. ***************************

    After I made my prior complaint, SI Renewal Services has made an additional unauthorized charge of $134.40 on my Discover card.  This charge was made without notice or authorization on 1/10/24.  I would like to request a refund of this amount as well.  This charge is particularly egregious, as it was made after I had previously removed my autorenewal information from the ** site, and had notified them in writing that under no circumstance do I agree to any future renewals, via autorenewal or otherwise.  I continue to request a full refund of all prior charges as noted in my earlier complaint, and now this new charge as well.  Thank you.

    Was given 4 fraudulent charges by Sports Subscribers Services of $95.04 on Nov 30, 2022, Oct 12, 2023, again on April 12, 2023 and again on December 31, 2023 for a total of $380.16.I don't who this company is, I never signed up for this and want complete reimbursement of charges.

    I have tried to cancel this subscription. I don't even know what it is for and I don't believe I am receiving anything. Yet- I have repeated charges on my credit card that I have disputed. I'm hoping to have this resolved once and for all and no longer be charged for a service I didn't ask for and have cancelled.

    Sports ******************* in ********* has been charging for automatic renewals multiple times in the past 12 months. $68.48 was paid on 13-Dec-2022 for 74 issues. My subscription is good thru May of ****. Further charges of $68.48 were charged to my AmEx on 03-May-2023, 31-Jul-2023 and 03-Nov-2023. When i go to the Sports Illustrated web site and look at my account, number **********, it says there is no payment date. I would like refunds of the three charges for $68.48 made in 2023.

    I have been billed three times by SI Renewal Services. I understand the first bill or $134.40 for extending my subscription for 160 issues plus 20 free issues. I accepted the terms for this renewal and charged it to my Master Card. The charge was posted on my Master Card account on 12/5/2022 and I paid it. I received some issues, but they stopped arriving a couple months ago.A second charge of $134.40 was posted on my Master Card on 4/12/2023. I mistakenly assumed that this was for the initial renewal and therefore did not dispute this second charge. However, I did not initiate this purchase, and I have received nothing for this purchase.A third charge of $134.40 was recently posted on my Master Card on 10/12/2023. When I saw my Master Card bill, I knew something was wrong. I located my receipt for ordering 160 issues plus 20 free issues and then discovered that I have now been billed three times. And I am still not receiving any Sports Illustrated magazines.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I am satisfied that the business has FROZEN my account and will take no further activity to charge my credit card. As per the business specifying that the refund is being processed, I am awaiting receipt of the $403.20 refund from the business. When I receive this refund the resolution will be satisfactory to me.

    My credit card has been charged multiple times by Sports Illustrated but *** never signed up for anything. I know its not a subscription because the charges arent monthly and theyre in different amounts. Ive disputed the charges every single time. I've even changed my Apple password since its an Apple card. Ive also not received any emails from Sports illustrated and no one else has access to my card

    I bought a single special edition of Sports Illustrated back in August 2023 which I never received. They charged my card for more money today. It is October 3, 2023. This is fraud.

    On 9/13/2022, I paid for a subscription of 32 issues of Sports Illustrated (transaction ID ***********, Invoice #**********). I never received a single issue of this subscription.On 8/17/2023, I received a charge for $38.64 on my credit card. I did not request a subscription to any sports or other magazine.I do not wish to renew a subscription for which I didn't receive any magazines last year. .
