    F- GRADE. I write this negative review 2 help others avoid the experience I've had with this "service?" business. I bought an ** 77" ** on 08/06/22. After waiting 2 wks for delivery I had a home theatre ** **me out & mount it on the wall. It worked for the first 2 nts. The 3rd nt, we **uldn't get it 2 turn on. We called ************* rec'd that we **ntact ** as the ** is new & ** wld send a local auth service tech to diagnose & repair the **. I chose that route believing it wld be the fastest 1 to getting a working **. After a few days 2 get ** to assign my job 2 a local tech. ***** from VAS, came 2 my house on 09/06 & diagnosed the issue & claimed he wld get ************ the parts from ** & he wld be back 2 repair within 5-7 business days. I waited until the 7th bus. day 2 call ***** 2 see when he wld stop by 2 do the repair. It took several X's calling before he wld return my call. When I reached him, he said he "forgot to order my parts from **". by now it was past the 30 days Amazon return window & still no closer 2 getting my ** working. ***** stopped taking or receiving my calls. I finally reached his manager (Nova). She sounded as/if she wld help me, but **** also stopped returning my calls - not even 2 give me the **urtesy of letting me know what the status of the repair order was. ** was no better giving me the runaround for 6 wks always saying the parts had been ordered, but was still "pending" because they needed something else from the tech. It has been 9 WEEKS since I bought this ** ** & after enjoying it for less than 7 hrs, it has just be**me a non-functional 77-inch ** hanging on my wall. A definite F- grade to both the local VAS AND to ** 4 the way they have treated their customer. 2 lessons to learn from my experience: 1st, I would never again order a high ticket device like this frm Amazon - I would buy from a local Cost**. Se**nd, NEVER **nsider VAS for ANY service. They are the absolute worst customer svc EVER en**untered!
