      This is totally a scam I got billed for a second shipment that I didn’t ordered call customer service and they issued a $100 of the $198.78 and was told once I get the shipment to return it to them told me everything I needed to do and then was told they couldn’t refund cause a bottle was opened I argue with them that the bag was never open they finally said they would refund the remainder to my card but it wouldn’t go through cause they had deactivated my account then they said they would issue a e check which I have never received this has been going on since 2-02/24 I have emailed and called customer service and I keep getting the run around they keep telling me someone would call me within 24-48 hours and and no phone call they can’t give me an email or number to contact the billing department I have told them I am not going to roll over and forget about it everyone in the billing department should be fired it’s like talking to a wall I think they have a script that they read from

      These people advertise amount of $39 year charge $198 and WON’T accept a return of the unopened package to refund my money! They are a SCAM! They hang up on the people, which justifies my complaint! There’s supposed to be a money back guarantee and I STILL have the UNOPENED package to return, but they REFUSE to work with me!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

      I ordered and then I saw the total price. I immediately canceled and sent them an email. I Received a message back stating it was too late but to call after I got them for a return, that was a joke. Never received a refund. Then they said they would give me $90.00 refund. I have been requesting a refund for over 2 months. I called, emailed and they just give me the run around. They say I will get an email in 2-3 days to recive an e-check. And the product dosent work!

      This company is the worst ever to get a refund. I refused the shipment and usps sent it back to vendor and they don't want to refund my money because I didn't contact them for their return policy stay away from them not a legitimate company GaryBaxley

      Do NOT spend your money. If you try to get a refund you won’t get it. I did everything they wanted me to do to return this product and I have been waiting over a month trying to get my money back. Today was the fifth time I called. I’m not going to give up. I will pay to file a small business case just for the principle of the matter

      This product does not work, since I couldn’t get it to stop I finally cancelled my credit card. Did not realize it was going to keep sending product every month, well they got $400.00 of my money but not anymore.

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions. As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
