Ordered a personalized mug on February 26. Pawfect House claims my item was delivered on JANUARY ******************* **********. I live in *******. **************** has basically told me tough - we sent it. Never met a company that was so psychic that they could fulfill an order before its even placed. I ordered an item on 12/13 and was told I would receive it by 12/23. I have never received the item. I emailed the company and they told me they would mail it out that they were behind on orders and in the meantime would refund my shipping cost and I would receive my item by 12/27 and I still never received it. I emailed again and they said they would refund my full amount in 4-7 business days. I continued to reach out after the 7 business days and they responded that my bank was holding the funds. I contacted my bank and filled a dispute and they said they were not holding any funds. I emailed the company again and they said they would refund my full amount again and it would take 4-7 business days. I have still not received my refund and have emailed again. They then emailed back and said they refunded the money and sent a screen shot showing the refund of my shipping cost on 12/23. I emailed again with screen shots of my email communication and showing this refund was just the shipping cost and they still owe $64.99 and they have not responded any further. I provided all email communication to them to prove my statements. I have never received my item and have maintained constant communication with them and they continue to provide false statements and have not refunded me for a product I have never received.Initial Complaint

I ordered a coffee cup in November 2024, for my daughters birthday. I contacted the post office and they delivered to the wrong address, but cannot get the cup back. What the heck!?! I ordered from this company. When the shipping/tracking information didn't show accurate info. I reached out to the company. They kept telling me it would be delivered before Christmas. It never was. Then they told me a replacement. Order was being shipped out. It never arrived. It is now 40 days after I placed the order. And no one from the company will reach out and tell me what is happening with my order. They have completely ghosted me and still to this day the order has not been delivered. So now I am doing all that I can to bring attention to this scandalous company. This is not right. Thank you for any help you can offer. I ordered Christmas gifts the first week of December. I kept looking for tracking information of items and it consistently said that shipping label was created. I contacted company via email and they kept saying that tracking info just wasnt updated and that items had actually shipped. I reached out to them several times right up to Christmas Day and they kept saying the same thing. After the holiday I reached out again saying that I wanted a full refund and was told that I could only have a gift certificate to order again. I still have not received gift certificate and of course my order they claimed for weeks was sent never arrived and of course tracking still shows items have never updated past shipping label created status. I also paid for EXRESS delivery so I even paid extras for items to be shipped quickly and this was back in the beginning of December I never received items and paid extras I shouldnt be told I can only have a gift certificate and have to reorder thru them. It wasnt like I waited a few days before Christmas and they couldnt provide. I ordered weeks in advance and they didnt fulfill my request therefor they shouldnt be telling me I dont get my money back and that I have to order again and wait another ***** daysInitial Complaint

On November 14, 2024, I ordered 2 blankets with a picture of my mom for my dad and sister due to them grieving. I paid $90.97 and the purchase order was PHM2988902, tracking # YT2432121403055199. The order was supposed to be delivered no later than Nov. 22, ************ time for Thanksgiving. I received an email on November 18, 2024 stating the order was on its way. When I did not receive the order, i checked the tracking information and discovered that it was coming from "CHINA" which was not disclosed upfront when ordering. I was under the assumption that this was being manufactured, created and shipped from *********. I reached out to the company and was advised on November 21, 2024 that it was due to be delivered now between Nov. 28 - Dec. 1st. Even though my initial email to the company suggested that I may cancel, the company NEVER offered to cancel the order. When the products were FINALLY delivered on November 30, 2024 I was not happy with the product quality and the price paid.This company should be disclosed shipping details upfront and not leaving the consumer to FALSE expectations of shipping or product quality.Initial Complaint

I ordered products from them that are absolutely the worst, cheap products I have ever seen. I sent in pictures of my children for personalized gifts and I have no idea what they did but they completely altered the picture to where they dont even look like my children. The material is so cheap its ridiculous and my children have different hair, teeth, it even looks like they have wrinkles. They wont respond to emails and there is no phone number to contact. I placed an order on 12/3 and now I cant get an answer as to where my order is. Something happened to my email so now I don't have an order number.
