This business reached out to aid in articles of incorporation through SunBiz.org a government site to register new LLC. I paid 298 for them to list themselves as my registered agent. I thought they were from Sunbiz only to find out that that's not true and I still have no EIN for my business and was not in need of any service from them but they made it sound like I had to have their services or I would get in trouble. The BOI and charged two separate occasions for something I didn't need to begin with. i was redirected from a government site to in authority.Business response

We'd like to thank Mr. Morris for being a client. Mr. Morris formed their LLC on 8/30 - the Friday leading into the Labor Day holiday weekend. Our processing team filed the LLC with the state of Florida also takes time to process. Due to the Holiday, and standard state processing on the state's part (typically 5-7 business days, the Date of Incorporation (shown in the attached) was Tuesday 9/3.
The current state of Mr' Morris' account (also shown in the attached) is that their documents have been mailed (2nd package "Yes"), but also that, as of yesterday, Monday 9/9, we are in need of Mr. Morris' signature to complete the EIN filing. We eagerly await the signed EIN documents.

I purchased services to start a Texas Corporation. They were great with the setup. The Problem cames when they sold me on Credit Building services through their Credit Launchpad program. Saying that in as little as 90 days I could have A+ credit. That is an absolute false claim. I paid $2,500. Then as soon as I got through the door, the entire story changed. They did the Business Plan part of it. But, when I went through the Tier One vendors, only one vendor had the qualifications they stated. The *** told me to go to Tier Two and that they would be able to accept my application. That did not work either. In all it was a sham and after many emails and a few calls I gave up and paid for nothing. They refuse to refund me any money and just kept trying to market to me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I have not received any phone calls or emails about this matter. They should have been attached to this complaint as proof of your assertion. I question the integrity of the assertion of reaching out to me TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT because I've received no communication until I made a complaint. Even after unsubscribing and them sending the Unsubscribed screenshot - demanding their marketing emails stop, they persist in sending me weekly and sometimes near daily marketing emails to try to get me to promote other services.
I am happy to discuss this with you to come to a resolution. But, I've called, spoken to Inc Authority **** asking for a reimbursement for their Credit Launchpad and their *** selling me on having an 80 Paydex within 30 days. I've wasted enough time. A ***resentative will need to actually reach out with a genuine offer of reconciliation and I will give any credible offer serious consideration. My number is ************

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from an Inc Authority representative. She said that they will be refunding me the portion of my payment, which was for the credit program (over $1,200) and that it can take up to seven days for the refund to be completed. I do not see anything about the refund in the response. I will accept that this matter is closed once that refund has made it onto my card.

I am rejecting this response because: The company had an old credit card number which will not allow them to process a refund through the card. I spoke to their representative this morning and they will process a check to be mailed to my house back once they hear back from the credit card company. Once I received the check and successfully deposits, I will close this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: Because it is in your court, you should be the ones communicating with updates, and only waiting a few day to do one response, so it will be less than 7 days for me and I can respond once. You are purposefully putting me in a position that if I forget to respond the case is closed. You are the ones who did not provide the service you advertised. Then you denied my request for refund until this complaint. Now you are creating a harassing daily communication when you could easily update before your 7 days are up. asked for an update after six days. That's my NOT trying to put you at risk of having the case closed. Please respond appropriately and stop wasting me of my time. I will keep responding each time you send a message until I know I'm within 7 days of resolution.

We had reservations for a suite at the LA ********** in **** ****** from July 29th to Aug. 1st. When my husband and I arrived at LA ********** it was a motel not a hotel as advertised. When my husband entered the suite there were clumps of dog hair everywhere also nothing was cleaned, the room smelled of urine and mold. They gave us a room downstairs not a suite that we requested and it was also filthy, smelled of urine and mold. We requested our money back from Priceline and they have not been able to get a response from *********. We we're told by Priceline that if LA Quinta doesn't respond with a waiver then we wouldn't get our money back. Upon purchase I spent an hour, or longer on the phone as they sold me all of the benefits of their company filing for my *** They reassured me that I shouldnt just spend the $350 or whatever the exact amount is if I filed myself. They told me my one time charge of $1,997.00 included LIFETIME support and guidance. It included keeping the trademark in good standing and making sure others werent using the *** I was very hesitant to proceed to which they then put me on a brief hold and then said our trademark specialist is confident it will be approved. Now they request more money and refuse to clarify why or give a refund for not providing a service as promised. They want an additional amount of $499. My original purchase price was $1,997. I would like a refund and an explanation of why the purchase amount is no longer enough for lifetime support.Business response

I have been receiving twice-daily emails from IncAuthority urging me to file my Business Operating Information (BOI) for my state. I decided to proceed and filled out all the required information, spending an hour on the process. To my disappointment, upon reaching the end, I discovered they were charging a fee of $125 for something that is actually free filing the BOI.This incident adds to my frustration with IncAuthority, as I previously paid them over $800 when filing for my LLC. Despite promises of receiving personalized coaching to help structure my business for funding and build a credit score, I received nothing of the sort. Their failure to deliver on their commitments, coupled with attempts to upsell additional services, is unethical.It's imperative that consumers are aware of such practices where companies exploit free services and charge exorbitant fees. IncAuthority's behavior is not only misleading but also unfair to customers who trust them with significant financial investments.Business response

We do offer continuous support after a client forms their LLC. Our Business Advisor team are Startup Experts, available by phone or by schedule, to assist all clients along their entrepreneurial journey. Some of the services we offer do come at a fee. Our easy-to-use BOI reporting service is available for $99 and our Business Credit Program is available for $2,500. These are 2 example products **************** mentioned. An no, they are not included in the initial formation of an LLC. We also offer a number of additional services, but we do pride ourselves in providing overall guidance and answering questions of new business owners to help them.
If **************** would like to speak to our customer support team about their dissatisfaction, we welcome the conversation. **************** can call ************. If **************** would like to speak directly to one of our Business Advisors, they can call **************. OUr Teams are willing to help our clients however they can. The client is accurate, though, that some of the extensive services we offer do come at a cost.

I have tried to cancel my web subscription with them on multiple occasions. I have emailed and called and never receive a response. They continue to bill me $25 per month. I reported the last charge as fraud to my bank and changed my card. Now they are trying to continue to bill me and say that Im past due on my payment.This company is an absolute fraud since they dont allow you to cancel!Business response

My credit card keeps getting charged for services from Inc Authority even after I told them I dont want to use their service. My credit card they have on file is frozen so no charge actually went through, but I would like them to stop attempting to charge my card.Business response

On 4/19/2023 we paid $289.95 to have Inc Authority set up our LLC. After setting up the LLC we were offered to help get our credit line jump started by getting us a rating with Brad and Dunstreet. We thought they were going to get us listed with Brad and Dunstreet so that when we were ready to apply for credit we would have that in our favor. They charged us $2500 and then we got nothing in regard to Brad and Dunstreet. At first I was told we could not get a refund because it was over 30 days yet they told us it could take 90 days. When I told them that they then said it was because we did not take advantage of their credit providors to get the Brad and Dunstreet rating. That was not told to us when we paid for the rating. Now they will not refund and state that we can have $2500 credit with their company BUT since we removed them as our agent with the state they can not provide us any service so we are essentially out $2500 with nothing to show for it.Initial Complaint
