      Title: Misleading Advice and **************************** Authority My name is **** ******, owner of *********. I signed up ********* Authority in January, hoping to build business credit to fund and start my business. They insisted I needed to build credit first, promising access to funding for purchasing products to run the business. However, I didnt even have a business running yet. I repeatedly asked what business I was building credit for and was told this was necessary to secure funding.I paid $625 for credit-building services, believing it would allow me to buy products and start selling. Instead, I ended up with no business, no credit, and no funding. When I couldnt afford the remaining $625, my services were paused. Despite my repeated concerns, they continued to upsell programs, pressuring me into purchases I couldnt afford. Now, my credit services have been halted, and Im left without support.I feel misled and taken advantage of. *** requested a refund for the $625 paid, but my requests have been ignored. I believe the tactics used by **** Authority are predatory, causing significant delays in my business launch. I seek a full refund of $625 for services that were never delivered as promised.

      If the client can please provide examples of the communication they are receiving that are "forceful" or "harassing", we are willing to address them.  If the customer is being notified that their Registered Agent Service is up for renewal, they need to be aware that we offer the 1st year of Registered Agent services for free.  It is then up to the client to choose to continue with us or find another registered agent service.  Our price is $199 for the year.

      On January 26, 2025, I purchased premium processing from Inc Authority and paid $500 for the service. However, as of today, Inc Authority has failed to deliver on what was promised.Upon realizing that nothing had been done, I reached out to request a refund. Unfortunately, my requests have been ignored, and your company is now refusing to respond while still holding onto my payment without having provided any service.This constitutes a breach of contract and deceptive business practices. If my refund is not issued within seven (7) business days, I will take the following actions:Filing a chargeback with my bank or credit card provider to recover the $500.Reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), ************************ (FTC), and other consumer protection agencies.Pursuing legal action for failure to provide the service as agreed.I expect a full refund of $500 to be processed immediately. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a resolution no later than 2/10/2025 to avoid further escalation.I would prefer to resolve this matter professionally and amicably.       I spoke with our Support Team.  The client was escalated over the express processing. Two separate Client Support Specialists tried calling the client but their calls weren't answered, nor returned. We have offered the client a refund for the Express Processing and S-Corp election but the client declined the offer.  We have already filed the application to the state of ******** and that can't be immediately reversed. 

      The customer is claiming they spent an amount of $500.00 but in reality they've only spent $287.00.  If the customer would like further assistance, they are encouraged to return the calls from our Support Team at ************.  Refunds cannot be granted nor offered in a 3rd party platform, like the BBB.  We have no additional comment.  We've attempted to rectify the situation to the client's satisfaction, but the client has yet to take our call to discuss the matter further.

      Inc authority advertised the ability to help me establish business credit and conducted several phone calls with me to explain the services length of time and expectations. The first incident of misleading and false information was with the onboarding specialist who stated I would have to pay $219 for minutes and management, and a legal separation form to separate me from the business. This was false and misleading because there was no form to separate me from the business and the minutes and management did not make my business complete in order to establish credit which was also stated by him. ******* agreed to give me $89 back because the minutes and management were already mailed out. I explained it was misleading and false advertised but he still did not budge. The next purchase was made under false pretense that the business acknowledged (****, ********, *******) but still refused to give me my money back. The business adviser ****/ **** stated they would add business activity to my account and have me at a 80 fico score within 90 days. The company after being contacted stated the calls are recorded but are unable to locate the calls between myself and ****/**** (****). The company has contacted me on several occasions to inform me they will not refund the services but offered a credit to be applied to further services with them. I was dissatisfied and have requested my money back on several occasions. I asked the company top manager what is the procedure if a client purchases services under false pretense she then stated a refund which she still would not ablidge to give me . I requested a clear thorough investigation and currently await the results. All conversations where not only recorded on there end but have been recorded on mine as well. Audio sent separately

      Our credit team has been working diligently to assist the client in building her credit.       I am rejecting this response because the statement  made by the merchant is false an a contradiction to what was stated when we spoke earlier. Merchant was being recorded on my personal device were she agreed to review the audio and make a determination regarding the false advertised services and would have the affirmative action by Monday. After asking merchant for there policy for purchasing items under false  pretext merchant stated she would personally look into the calls and issue a full refund if the agent did in fact promise business credit in 90 days an activity on the credit account after initial payment. The merchant is aware that the services were not completed not because of a delay with my requirements to get started but due too incorrect information of being able to add business activity to my account after receiving initial payment. Merchant has not provided any services and originally stated they would not give me a refund until I mentioned seeking legal consultation. Next was the option of half my money back which is the 625 an to continue with a company that committed fraud, false advertising, and purchase under false pretense. All calls were recorded both on there end an My personal audio device .

      Im filing this complaint against Inc Authority, LLC regarding ongoing and unauthorized fees they are demanding in connection with their registered agent service. I initially used their services to register my business, with no explicit agreement to an ongoing registered agent relationship or recurring charges.After completing the business registration, Inc Authority has continued to impose ongoing fees, asserting that they are my registered agent and must represent me until I select a different agent. This arrangement was not clearly disclosed, nor did I explicitly agree to their continued representation. Despite informing Inc Authority that I am currently unemployed and unable to pay these fees, they have continued to send harassing emails and voicemails demanding payment.When I requested that the businesses be closed, Inc Authority stated that I would need to pay additional fees to terminate the companies, even with knowledge of my financial situation. I have yet to see any tangible service or value in this registered agent relationship beyond their assertion of its necessity. I feel pressured by their insistence on this compulsory relationship, which I did not fully consent to, and I believe this constitutes unfair and misleading business practices.I kindly request that Inc Authority cease all ongoing fees and terminate my businesses without further charges, given my current circumstances. I believe others should be aware of these practices, and I hope this complaint can prompt a resolution.

      We do offer 1-year of free **************** services when a client forms.  There are terms and conditions that the customer accepted that stated what they have netered the auto-renewal procewss.  A registered agent is required for all LLC, however a person can be their own registered agent if they choose. Our team is also accurate in saying that there is a fee when a business owner wants to dissolve their business or cease business activities.  Our team is justified in informing the customer of that fee.

      This business reached out to aid in articles of incorporation through SunBiz.org a government site to register new LLC. I paid 298 for them to list themselves as my registered agent. I thought they were from Sunbiz only to find out that that's not true and I still have no EIN for my business and was not in need of any service from them but they made it sound like I had to have their services or I would get in trouble. The BOI and charged two separate occasions for something I didn't need to begin with. i was redirected from a government site to in authority.

      We'd like to thank Mr. Morris for being a client.  Mr. Morris formed their LLC on 8/30 - the Friday leading into the Labor Day holiday weekend.  Our processing team filed the LLC with the state of Florida also takes time to process.  Due to the Holiday, and standard state processing on the state's part (typically 5-7 business days, the Date of Incorporation (shown in the attached) was Tuesday 9/3. 

      The current state of Mr' Morris' account (also shown in the attached) is that their documents have been mailed (2nd package "Yes"), but also that, as of yesterday, Monday 9/9, we are in need of Mr. Morris' signature to complete the EIN filing.  We eagerly await the signed EIN documents.

      I purchased services to start a Texas Corporation. They were great with the setup. The Problem cames when they sold me on Credit Building services through their Credit Launchpad program. Saying that in as little as 90 days I could have A+ credit. That is an absolute false claim. I paid $2,500. Then as soon as I got through the door, the entire story changed. They did the Business Plan part of it. But, when I went through the Tier One vendors, only one vendor had the qualifications they stated. The *** told me to go to Tier Two and that they would be able to accept my application. That did not work either. In all it was a sham and after many emails and a few calls I gave up and paid for nothing. They refuse to refund me any money and just kept trying to market to me.

      I am rejecting this response because I have not received any phone calls or emails about this matter. They should have been attached to this complaint as proof of your assertion. I question the integrity of the assertion of reaching out to me TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT because I've received no communication until I made a complaint. Even after unsubscribing and them sending the Unsubscribed screenshot - demanding their marketing emails stop, they persist in sending me weekly and sometimes near daily marketing emails to try to get me to promote other services.  

      I am happy to discuss this with you to come to a resolution. But, I've called, spoken to Inc Authority **** asking for a reimbursement for their Credit Launchpad and their *** selling me on having an 80 Paydex within 30 days. I've wasted enough time. You are purposefully putting me in a position that if I forget to respond the case is closed. You are the ones who did not provide the service you advertised. Then you denied my request for refund until this complaint. Now you are creating a harassing daily communication when you could easily update before your 7 days are up. asked for an update after six days.       We had reservations for a suite at the LA ********** in **** ****** from July 29th to Aug. 1st. When my husband and I arrived at LA ********** it was a motel not a hotel as advertised. When my husband entered the suite there were clumps of dog hair everywhere also nothing was cleaned, the room smelled of urine and mold. They gave us a room downstairs not a suite that we requested and it was also filthy, smelled of urine and mold. We requested our money back from Priceline and they have not been able to get a response from *********. We we're told by Priceline that if LA Quinta doesn't respond with a waiver then we wouldn't get our money back. The LA ********** is not sanitary and isn't fit for people to stay in.Thank you, *******************************

      Upon purchase I spent an hour, or longer on the phone as they sold me all of the benefits of their company filing for my *** They reassured me that I shouldnt just spend the $350 or whatever the exact amount is if I filed myself. They told me my one time charge of $1,997.00 included LIFETIME support and guidance. It included keeping the trademark in good standing and making sure others werent using the *** I was very hesitant to proceed to which they then put me on a brief hold and then said our trademark specialist is confident it will be approved. Now they request more money and refuse to clarify why or give a refund for not providing a service as promised. They want an additional amount of $499. My original purchase price was $1,997. I would like a refund and an explanation of why the purchase amount is no longer enough for lifetime support.
