      I have been receiving twice-daily emails from IncAuthority urging me to file my Business Operating Information (BOI) for my state. I decided to proceed and filled out all the required information, spending an hour on the process. To my disappointment, upon reaching the end, I discovered they were charging a fee of $125 for something that is actually free filing the BOI.This incident adds to my frustration with IncAuthority, as I previously paid them over $800 when filing for my LLC. Despite promises of receiving personalized coaching to help structure my business for funding and build a credit score, I received nothing of the sort. Their failure to deliver on their commitments, coupled with attempts to upsell additional services, is unethical.It's imperative that consumers are aware of such practices where companies exploit free services and charge exorbitant fees. IncAuthority's behavior is not only misleading but also unfair to customers who trust them with significant financial investments.

      We'd like to thank **************** for being a client of Inc Authority, and also congratulate them on forming their LLC and realizing the dream of entrepreneurship.  We do offer continuous support after a client forms their LLC.  Our Business Advisor team are Startup Experts, available by phone or by schedule, to assist all clients along their entrepreneurial journey.  Some of the services we offer do come at a fee.  Our easy-to-use BOI reporting service is available for $99 and our Business Credit Program is available for $2,500.  These are 2 example products **************** mentioned.  An no, they are not included in the initial formation of an LLC.  We also offer a number of additional services, but we do pride ourselves in providing overall guidance and answering questions of new business owners to help them.

      I have tried to cancel my web subscription with them on multiple occasions. I have emailed and called and never receive a response. They continue to bill me $25 per month. I reported the last charge as fraud to my bank and changed my card. Now they are trying to continue to bill me and say that Im past due on my payment.This company is an absolute fraud since they dont allow you to cancel!

      My credit card keeps getting charged for services from Inc Authority even after I told them I dont want to use their service. My credit card they have on file is frozen so no charge actually went through, but I would like them to stop attempting to charge my card.

      I signed up for a year subscription for my LLC. The year was up around April 2024. I have cancelled this yearly service and are no longer using this company. Nonetheless, I receive numerous phone calls and emails regarding renewal and I am being harassed.

      On 4/19/2023 we paid $289.95 to have Inc Authority set up our LLC. After setting up the LLC we were offered to help get our credit line jump started by getting us a rating with Brad and Dunstreet. We thought they were going to get us listed with Brad and Dunstreet so that when we were ready to apply for credit we would have that in our favor. They charged us $2500 and then we got nothing in regard to Brad and Dunstreet. At first I was told we could not get a refund because it was over 30 days yet they told us it could take 90 days. When I told them that they then said it was because we did not take advantage of their credit providors to get the Brad and Dunstreet rating. That was not told to us when we paid for the rating. Now they will not refund and state that we can have $2500 credit with their company BUT since we removed them as our agent with the state they can not provide us any service so we are essentially out $2500 with nothing to show for it.

      I hired this company to file my LLC specifically because I was relying them to know all the laws and information about filing an LLC. It was filed in Delaware and the person did not tell me I also was going to need to file a foreign entity in the state my company was based out of. This would have entirely changed my decision about where to file it. When I called back multiple times to ask if I needed to file as a foreign entity they told me no incorrectly and then told me they aren’t responsible. Took zero accountability and told me there was nothing they could do to help me and that their business with me was over since I already paid them. Complete scam company. They should not be allowed to operate filing business LLCs if they do not know the laws regarding LLCs this should be illegal.

      Ms. ******** did file her Delaware LLC with us on May 3, 2023.  The last record of conversation we've had with her was ono 5/16/23.  She is now registering a complaint nearly 7 months after filing.  We are not discounting the claim, but we have teams in place to address and resolve customer concerns within 3-5 business days, including charge backs/refunds. 

      It is our belief at this time, based on the vague nature of the complaint, that Ms. ******** perhaps wasn't as diligent in her pursuit of a refund as she described.  We're happy to help her resolve her concerns should she wish to reach out.  But, as our records show, and to the best of our knowledge, ** ************ *** (DE) has been a registered business operating since May - with no complaints or inquiries by Ms. ********.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is completely false information there are multiple recorded calls I have had between myself and Inc authority recently and I seriously do not appreciate the lying and trying to make me look stupid and again not taking accountability. Since I have spoken to Will who actually is the only person who I’ve spoken to recently from that company that actually has amazing customer service skills and cares about the business looking good. Will has resolved the issue for me entirely so I will remove the complaint after an apology for lying from whoever wrote the response. Thanks

      Inc Authority took 2 transactions to keep my website running, one of which they claim is for October, which came out on November 6th for $80, and then the other payment, which came out on November 7th for $85, which was to keep my website running and renew my domain. I had already paid for October in October, which is why my website was up and running for the whole month of October. And even after they took 2 payments, my website is still not active.       The date of transaction July 4th 2022, I did not agree to have my account renewed and the funds were taken out f my account otherwise. I have been communicating with staff over the year and stated that they did send me the refund of $125.99 , however, I did not recieve the funds in my account. Staff informed me that they would resend the refund by mail in Feb 2023 and informed me it would be 6 weeks, I have continually called them back as I still have not reieved the refund.       On Jan 4, 2023, I paid Inc Authority $444.95 to file the paperwork to start my business. I received my documents and my name is spelled incorrectly on all documents. My business partner and I have the exact same last name but yet my named is misspelled which is causing many difficulties getting other matters completed. I have called numerous times and was at first told I would receive new documents with the correct spelling of name. Then I was told they could not change the documents because Pa doesn’t allow changes. Asked for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds. I can not move forward with my business until this corrected! I would like a full refund as they did not do what was paid for and I feel are rude about the situation!
