    I received a call couple months ago from Oakdale Portfolio saying they took over my ***** ***** Loan account. The agent was threatening to have somebody come to my home or job to serve me papers if I don't make a payment. I ended up making a payment because I was worried. I'm not in a good financial place to make unnecessary payments. I did some research & found an email from *** saying that **** ****** has my account. I called **** ****** & was told ****** ********* ********** has my account now. Then called ****** ********* ********** they said it's being handled by Oakdale Portfolio. Oakdale Portfolio continues to threaten to sue me if I don't make more payments. This has caused a lot of stress on me & don't know what to do.

    On multiple occasions, the last being May 5th, 2023, I have been contacted by a Jen from this company. She has called my work, personal cell and relatives. I have not received any written communication from this company and at this point am considering these “attempts at contact” harassment. Since I do not have any written correspondence from this company, I have not been able to respond in writing to request a cease and desist. A police report will be made for harassment if calls continue.

    On April 25 2023. A person contacted my work claiming to be from oakdale management collections. They said I have a credit card debt from 2009 on a mastercard through ***** Bank. I never had a master card nor had I ever done business with ***** Bank.

    They called me back to back while I was at work and then called my parents house and spoke with my mom. I have no idea who they are or what this pertains to. I refuse to call back and get yelled at and have them attempt to scam me. There’s nothing indicating that this is a legit business and if it is they are not abiding by FTC or FCC guidelines. Horrible.

    This company called me few day ago to my workplace. Travis is the name of the person who called me. He was demanding an answer to a settlement immediately, I told him I was really busy, when he got really upset with me, and told me he was going to take me to court if I didn’t give an answered right away, and this was the first time I knew about this company. I didn’t knew if was a scam or not. This person really scare me. Finally I gave my info for the payment and then I lost my debit card, he called me again and call me a liar. I’m very frustrated. I told him I going to the bank tomorrow to get a replacement and he told me I’m going to court. I don’t know what to do. He email me the settlement letters but the amount he ask me to pay is not appear on the letters.

    This company is claiming to be a legal office- There have been multiple instances of their reps calling my family members to "verify my personal info" and they will not stop calling. On 1/31/2023 I had requested they stop calling and my family members and myself continue to get calls in the same day from different "associates". This company doesn't even list a physical location or any direct numbers or names on line.
