5 starsI had another fantastic experience with Plesser's Appliances! I called into their Babylon number and was lucky enough to work with Eugene Coughlin. Such a pleasure. He assisted me in selecting a washer and dryer that fits my needs for my location and also had a great sale price and two rebate offers. In minutes he placed my order and explained the delivery process and options to me. I have worked with Plesser's before and always have had a great experience. This was no exception. 1 starPoor customer service and failed promises. Ordered, paid and waited. No delivery as scheduled, no word as to why, no plan to deliver is available and here I am without an appliance and they won't cancel the order without a 30% RESTOCKING FEE!Review fromRaj K

5 starsExcellent service. I explained my predicament and my washer was delivered within 2 days. There was a little ding that I did not notice, but the delivery person did and filed a report. 5 starsI purchased a KitchenAid wall oven through Plessers Appliance. Due to manufacturing timeline, it took about 8 months before I received the product. The initial one was damaged and had to be replaced. *********************, my customer support associate, guided me and facilitated me getting a replacement in ************. I had no issue whatsoever with the new unit thanks to ****. I highly recommend going thru Plessers if you have a need for any appliance.Review fromGD D

1 starDeceptive advertising. The 10 year warranty they advertise is bogus. The advertising and sales staff implies that the appliance is covered for 10 years. However, the fine print states that only 1 component is covered and you must pay for the diagnosis. Hopefully after you pay the part that is covered is whats broken. Oh and then you must pay for the installation because thats not covered. Also We do not learn what component is covered until we have an issue. I spent $20K in cafe appliances thinking i was good for 10 years. When i call for service company ironically named "monthly warranty" they tell me that the warranty is no good. They also informed to contact Plessers. This is when the rep agreed with me that the warranty is useless. She told me i would be better off calling GE and beg them to come service the fridge. What a joke this company is.
