      I was having a hard time finding a specific refrigerator for one of our business locations when I came across a similar one at Plessers. It had to be that specific item because I had specs that were provided by our design team. ****** provided me with excellent customer service. She did some research and found one that met all my needs and even offered to transfer it to her store so we can pick it up even faster, since we were on a timeline crunch. In addition, I received an email from their EVP offering additional assistance. I didn't think that kind of service was even a thing anymore. I am grateful for that, and I highly recommend calling or visiting Plessers for any of your appliance needs. They are very professional and would provide you with great service!       Plessers DOES not stand by the products they sell. Reached out to owners with my compliant and not a word back Also the extended warranties they sell STINK Do not trust them

      I had another fantastic experience with Plesser's Appliances! I called into their Babylon number and was lucky enough to work with Eugene Coughlin. Such a pleasure. He assisted me in selecting a washer and dryer that fits my needs for my location and also had a great sale price and two rebate offers. In minutes he placed my order and explained the delivery process and options to me. I have worked with Plesser's before and always have had a great experience. This was no exception. Thank you Eugene... and Plesser's!

      Poor customer service and failed promises. Ordered, paid and waited. No delivery as scheduled, no word as to why, no plan to deliver is available and here I am without an appliance and they won't cancel the order without a 30% RESTOCKING FEE!

      Great customer service! *********************** worked my complaint with the manufacturer for 3 months handling multiple issues with my new double oven until it was finally replaced!Great job!

      Great experience dealing with ********************* on purchase of a dishwasher. ********************* followed up on delivery of the dishwasher and installation. Overall a good experience shopping at Plessers.

      Excellent service. I explained my predicament and my washer was delivered within 2 days. There was a little ding that I did not notice, but the delivery person did and filed a report. Within a day I was contacted and all resolved by ***********************. So much more personalized than a big box store. Highly recommended.

      I purchased a KitchenAid wall oven through Plessers Appliance. Due to manufacturing timeline, it took about 8 months before I received the product. The initial one was damaged and had to be replaced. *********************, my customer support associate, guided me and facilitated me getting a replacement in ************. I had no issue whatsoever with the new unit thanks to ****. I highly recommend going thru Plessers if you have a need for any appliance.
