      Deceptive advertising. The 10 year warranty they advertise is bogus. The advertising and sales staff implies that the appliance is covered for 10 years. However, the fine print states that only 1 component is covered and you must pay for the diagnosis. Hopefully after you pay the part that is covered is whats broken. Oh and then you must pay for the installation because thats not covered. Also We do not learn what component is covered until we have an issue. I spent $20K in cafe appliances thinking i was good for 10 years. When i call for service company ironically named "monthly warranty" they tell me that the warranty is no good. They also informed to contact Plessers. This is when the rep agreed with me that the warranty is useless. She told me i would be better off calling GE and beg them to come service the fridge. What a joke this company is.

      **************** was excellent. Called when control panel on dishwasher got flakey. Response was immediate and very helpful.

      Plesser's had the discontinued range we had been looking for everywhere and couldn't find at any other location that shipped nationwide. We'd ordered one at another large online appliance retailer almost a year ago and were still waiting to have it shipped to us, and despite checking in periodically we were not notified that the item had been discontinued.
      Ordering from Plesser's was straightforward and simple - thank you so much ***** for your friendly and prompt assistance! Next time I will look here first!
      After having our range delivered, we discovered some minor cosmetic damage to the unit. The shipping box had been in great condition, so we're thinking it must have happened during manufacturing/packaging, and neither the store nor the shipper would have been able to tell. Having waited so long for our range we decided to accept the unit, and our shipper sent pictures to Plessers and said someone would contact us with options. Our Plessers customer support associate **** offered us several options, and ended up giving us both a discount on the unit and called GE for us to have the damaged areas replaced at no cost to us.
      Plessers went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn't even their fault. Super impressed with the resolution and the high quality of customer service!
