  ****! DO NOT USE! DISHONEST - NOT AS ADVERTISED! Less than zero stars. They took advantage of a 93-year old veteran in the process. All Green Carpet Clean's online advertising/marketing is deceptive and the service provided was not as advertised. Technician did not arrive in All Green company van (as advertised), but a passenger car; tech was not in All Green uniform (as advertised); carpet cleaning unit was not an All Green professional unit (as advertised); prices were not disclosed before service; carpet was not pretreated or cleaned at all (looked and smelled exactly as it did before "service"); tech used homeowner's hot water via shower hookup, and in the process broke the shower knob; did NOT disclose damages to homeowner; left the water running all night; customer was gouged $405.00 for ****************** receipt and bank charge not from All Green Carpet Clean. Not even close to what is seen or "as advertised" on their website. TOTAL SCAM! NOT A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. All Green offered to "redo" the service, but my father (and we, his kids) felt so deceived by them - and the damage incurred - that the redo was refused. After pursuing further through several calls to their New York headquarters, four days later, a "supervisor," ****** came to the home to look at the poor work and offered a $200.00 refund - not to the original credit card, but via Venmo or Zelle, only after we agreed not to pursue a bank dispute for the full amount. The customer still lost $205.00. Unfortunately, and after the fact, we see multitude of online reviews with similar complaints for this company - they should be dismantled as they are scamming people through their advertisements. We are also pursuing complaints with the ************************************************ and *****************************************.

  Same experience as everyone else. Quoted one price after arriving was told it's a higher price for the use of chemicals. Why would I use a "green" company if I wanted chemicals on my couch? They did not upsell us. What they did do was soil our couch with their machine that left dirt marks from the nozzle of their equipment. I took pictures and sent them to their customer service email as instructed by their phone operator. They denied any liability or wrong doing. I wish I had done all my research before hiring this sham of a company. Why do they have BBB on their website when they are clearly not accredited.

  On 7/10/24 a service technician was at my house for a scheduled visit. My wife scheduled this through All Green Carpet Clean - ***********, **. She scheduled this after being quoted $457 for carpet and furniture cleaning. When receiving the quote there was no mention of different levels of cleaning, steam, shampoo and a deep clean. as was described by the service technician after reviewing the job. We ended up doing what was described as a middle cleaning.Our final bill was $1000 Once dried, we discovered several stains were left on our carpet. Another tech came to remove them and used a stronger method of cleaning that left that area cleaner than the rest of the carpet. The company now refuses to rectify unless we pay $200 more. We also waited over a week to get an itemized invoice for the job that was incorrect.We thought that they were a local company and later found out that they are in many states.They are still advertising that they are with the Better Business Bureau and they are not.They are a Scam

  Absolute SCAM. Quoted $169 to clean my couch and when the man got here he told me it would be more because my couch has cushions. What couch does not have seating and back cushioning? Then he tells me it will cost more for a real cleaning and that the $168 was for a steam clean only. I found someone else to do it for less than half and it included a deep cleaning. Rip off business that deserves to go out of business.

  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER! Was the worst service I've ever received. I was quoted $79 to clean my love seat and when the tech arrived, he then gave me three options of cleanings levels--basic steam cleaning, shampoo cleaning and deep shampoo cleaning--realized I would not in fact be able to have my couch effectively cleaned at the advertise price so I went for the mid-tier, Shampoo Cleaning for $150. The tech left the cushions on the couch, did not flip them, and the run off from the cushions dripped on to the frame of the couch. It honestly looked worst than when it started. When I pointed out the areas I would like him to go over again, the machine blew a fuse in my apt and was unable to restart. Also, we were trying to communicate through ****** translator which made things extremely difficult. I paid $100 (which in retrospect was WAY too much) and when asking for my money back they said if I had paid the $150 they would have sent someone back out. The net net is they were unwilling to help and got away with highway robbery.

  Absolute scam. The technicians showed up in an old beater van and were not courteous moving their carpet cleaning machine into the house. They then banged it into ***************** repeatedly during cleaning. After the cleaning was done it was obvious that NOTHING was cleaned from the carpet - not dirt or anything, let alone any light stains. When they left I told them the job was not satisfactory and they told me that it did exactly what they said it would and requested full payment. After they left I called ***************************** and when they came out they said that they had not cleaned at all and only made the carpet wet. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS.

  I did wait all afternoon for this companys agent to come clean my carpet. I missed church today. I called several times to let them know that I was home waiting, they never showed. I will never call them again or recommend to anyone. Very Disappointed!!!

  The agent for this business was a shady operator called *** (/***) ****** who also represented Flood Restoration Pros and Carpet Cleaning. Tal's private business is 1800RemodelingCorp.We had a leak in our apartment (@ **** ********, ************************************************). My partner, ******************************* who lives with me, is handicapped by ALS, so the situation was an emergency (possible molds ...) on 11/20/22. Tal used the handicap and emergency to overcharge us (by a factor os 2.5 times, $20,000 vs $8,000) for mitigation, and restoration. My insurance company and another independent contractor through them each came ** with an estimate of about $8,000 after I had used and paid Tal through checks to Flood Restoration Pros.. I have all the documentation and records of payment.All the companies mentioned above were involved. Phone calls to them have led to no resolution. Tal was used by all of them.My delay in filing with BBB is getting all the estimates and contacts during this very wet season. My best hope is for some financial recovery. My least hope is that potential customers avoid these businesses who acknowledge no responsibility for using a fraudulent agent such as *******************, operating out of ************.
