      I was quoted a price of $199 to clean air ducts. I asked if it was $199 per unit or total. They said $199 for the entire job and no extra charges per vent. I again verified this because the price was less than other quotes. They confirmed $199 for the entire job. The morning of the appointment they called to confirm (15 minutes after they were supposed to be here). They said they made a mistake and the cost was $199 for each unit (I.e., $398). I explained the quote I received and that I cancelled other appointments because they were more. They said ********** made a mistake and they can come do your air ducts for you for $199. This seemed like an unprofessional response. but if you want me to do it, it is $199 per unit. This unprofessional response surprised me. L If it was an honest business they should have honored the mistake the office made, if in fact the office really made a mistake and this wasnt part of their plan to trick people into hiring them so they can change the price later. Dont hire this company.
