      This is a review for the Customer **********************. I don't know yet if the warranty itself will work but I'll update later. The customer ********************** though was excellent. ******** ***** was the representative and she was extremely helpful, since I had an issue registering the warranty online. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and got me taken care of extremely fast. It took a couple minutes to get someone on the line but it was worth the wait. Hopefully I will get some help with my warranty as well! It was a free warranty given as a bonus on an **** purchase so I'm not sure if my problem even qualifies for the warranty help. But I almost gave up while trying to register, i'm so glad I got ******** on the line.

      **** ***** went out of her way to help me with my claim. She has called me back on several occasions and searched for the right company to repair my ******************* refrigerator and spoke with her supervisor about and unusual circumstance which gave them more grace with my situation. I am very happy with Lily and the company and highly recommend her as a great person to deal with and the company!

      I bought a Washer/Dryer combo which came with a 1-year warranty. I began having an issue prior to warranty expiration and CPS sent someone out to look at it. They were not able to resolve but planned to return. A lot of time passed so I called back. I kept hearing they were waiting on the report from technician. More time passed and I started texting and hearing they were going to reach out to service center and update me. Over 3 months now passed and still team is following up. Later told expedited. Another month passed and they asked for a video which was not possible to get for the issue of drying never completing. We sent pics and again did not hear back. Months later they state our warranty has passed and there is nothing they can do. They provided email to escalate but after 3 attempts I have no response. At one point they offered an extended warranty which I told them I was not interested since they would not even fix the current issue which was under warranty when the claim for this issue was opened.
