      Submitted a claim for broken Maytag dryer. There were 2 issues; broken belt and broken moisture sensor. Dispatched Total Appliance Repair which fixed the belt but did not address moisture sensor. Contacted CPS which dispatched ************************* Then CPS cancelled the ** and nothing has happened. I call them everyday but no response. They always claim they will get back with an update, but no updates occur.

      Want to thank **** *** for helping me today upload my invoice for my warranty with CPS. All I had to do was mention that I was struggling with it, she had me send it to ********* completed everything for me.She wasn't in a rush and was very kind. She was a ten for me!!
