If I could give this company 10 stars I would, my wife and I was very pleased with the quality of the chair and the excellent quality customer service from cradle to grave. Let me start by saying that I appreciate a company I know absolutely nothing about, instilled trust when ********** showing a beautiful showcase of endless chairs as if I was actually in the showroom making a real time purchase. The discount given also was a plus with the link emailed for direct purchase all was too simple. I also appreciated the constant communication through both emails and text messages through the entire process. To see the actual chair packaged in a pick through text message earned my trust in this company as well. Finally, the quick shipping from the time I made the purchase online was an actual week to our door step. I have to admit that I was nervous that the chair would possibly be damaged during shipping, but believe me, they packaged this chair nicely. Be prepared to cut away a lot of padding, wrapping and cardboard. This company know what they are doing.Review from Sheena P

The communication was superb, letting me know the process every step of the way. Making sure I knew the details of my shipment as well as letting me know about new and upcoming merchandise. **** was the absolute best as well as the delivery person. She answered every question right up to the day of delivery and then the delivery person was just as wholesome. I ordered a white and gold chair for my Grandma's 95th Birthday. I was a little nervous ordering such a pricey item without seeing it but after talking with *********************. She was on top of everything, I wanted the chair to ************** and she was like no problem. Her service for me was upstanding. I am so blessed that she handled everything. Even when problem did arose she called me to let me know immediately resolved with quickness. I can't thank Ms. **** enough for the services and commitment. Ms. ***** you make my grandma's birthday the best ever I can't thank you enough for the smile on her face. Thank you.
