***************** To whom it may concern. I mailed 6 pairs of expensive ($900.00)sunglasses to the *************************************** I did not use their ***** ******** I mailed them through the United ******************* They were mailed approx 7/24/22 the tracking # said it should arrive on 7/27/22. I have yet to receive an invoice to verify if my property made it to the company. I've emailed them on numerous occasions. I called the toll free #. I've received no feedback.Review from Christy B

I contacted the company and provided photos of the repair needed on my husbands Oakley sunglasses. The replied stating they were able to do the repairs needed. I sent the glasses using the prepaid label they provided. Once they received the glasses I was sent the pricing and it was high but the glasses meant a lot to my husband as he got them with he was serving our country overseas. I paid the over $249.00 dollars and got a confirmation saying the glasses would take 1 - 2 weeks. After waiting over a month I found they SAY they have lost the glasses and the payment was cancelled. It's been over a month and I have emailed 19 times and tried calling every number I can find linked to the address on the shipping label. At this point it has been almost 2 months and I am getting no answers. It's heartbreaking for me that I had to tell my husband what happened. I just want the glasses back so I can have them repaired and they won't even answer my calls of emails.Review from Adriana C

I sent in my ***** sunglasses that were almost $300 for repair. They email me they received my glasses and would send me a quote in a couple days but NEVER sent quote and do not respond to emails. So they kept my glasses and did not repair *********** me again. This company needs to be shut down.Review from FM

I ECHO THE MESSAGES POSTED BY THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND MUST NOT BE IN BUSINESS. ZERO STARS. They are ripping off customers right and left, and are getting away with it. They are rude, unprofessional, and take advantage of customers. by lying to them. This is what what happened to me between 1/15/2022 and 2/8/2022. I placed the order for an eyeglass frame on their website, ********************************,and clicked on the frame's color and size I needed (145 mm) as one can see by clicking on the product (***************************************************************************************** ). It was the only size shown on the website, and it corresponded to what I needed.I received a badly packaged frame with no original tags, which was not the size I had selected. I contacted the seller immediately via email.The person that goes by the name *** denied that the size was incorrect, and blamed me for not selecting the correct size in the checkout cart. He also claimed that eyeglasses size did not matter . He added that I had to return the frame to ****** at my own expense claiming he did not have return labels (which was false, since he later provided it). At this point I made it clear I was not going to be responsible for paying $ 50 for shipping back an item the company had wrongly sent **** had to write DOZENS of emails, to which "***" always responded rudely and scornfully and in an often very badly written, often incomprehensible English. When I told him I was going to contact BBB and my bank to dispute the transaction, he wrote back threatening me with charges I was going to incur if I did that. Finally, once he realized I was not going to cave in, he finally sent me the free return label and a replacement frame, writing a provocative and frankly very offensive "See how easy it was?" in his message. It is a HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WHICH IS THERE TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS. I BEG BBB TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SCAM.Review from Jane S

Total Scam! They should not be in business. They took my payment for my Maui *** repair of $300 and never sent me back my glasses. It has been months since I paid them and nothing. Zero stars!Review from Anne B

I was on a well-known Maui sunglasses site setting up a repair with them and had submitted my information. I was told to refresh the page and was suddenly on another page - but that still looked like it was part of the main one I was on. When I realized, I immediately (meaning in one instant) got out of there and now they are harassing and threatening me. At least 25 texts and many emails, saying I owe them and they will report me to collections. I see all the complaints, so why are they still allowed to operate this way?! Complete 100 percent scam. False advertising lead me to believe it was a specific sunglass company.When I realized after contacting them it was not the company I needed I was threatened with collections for 10 bucks. This business is horrible! I ordered a pair of sunglasses. Almost a month later I received two different emails. One stating that the sunglasses I ordered has a crack on the frame and they dont want to send the sunglasses. They found out the sunglasses are discontinued. Okay I understand that, but the other email stated that theyve sent the sunglasses but is asking if I am willing to sell back the glasses and itll need to be in new/like new condition. I replied back and now Im getting a runaround about them actually not sending it and how they found the glasses but now its more expensive than what I paid for it. The email is getting very confusing since they are giving me multiple different excuses.
