      In desperate need of credit reform. I have been harassed by this company and pressured to to accept services. I finally gave in and to my disappointment in realizing this is a scam.       I spoke with a representative from what was supposed to be loyal lending but was actually strategic consulting. I was told I could not proceed with their advertised plan but would have to pay into a type of escrow account for them to pay our credit cards.       On 3/28/2023 I sent Strategic Consulting my personal information for a consolidation loan. I have since found that this is a scam. I would like my information removed from their files and a written guarantee that this information will not be used in any way or turned over to any others for use

      On 3/21/23 I received a letter in the mail for debt consolidation loan. I called and was told that I did not qualify for a loan but that I could do a credit card consolidation. What I was told sounded good so I was told a notary had to come to my house within 24 hours. On 3/22/23, the notary came and I signed the paperwork. I was told that I could cancel any time with no fees. On 3/25/23, I received a call from an attorney. He told me that I would receive nasty calls from the creditors and that I was not to answer those calls. After that phone call, I realized this program was not right for me as I did not want all of my accounts to go delinquent. I called the gentlemen, Matthew C****** on 3/27/23 advising him that I wanted to cancel immediately. He then harrassed me about how my credit can't get any worse and that I will never pay off my debt. I insisted that I be removed from the program and that I wanted proof that nothing was going to be deducted from my bank account. He very rudely said he would take care of it and hung up. On 3/28/23, I still had not received any emails or information verifying my cancellation so I left 2 voicemails and an email to Mr. C******. He emailed me back saying that he doesn't handle cancellations and that I have to call customer service. The only numbers I have for them, all instantly direct me to Mr. C******. No one is helping me get out of this program.

      I was sent a letter from Lucky Lending on 3/27/23 with pre-approval odds for a consolidation loan and wanted to see the available rates. I was contacted by Strategic Consulting, specifically by Kareem, who showed me an option for a “loan”. The loan was actually a debt consolidation program at 0% interest, but would include fees. I gave them my and my mother’s name, address, and DOB to determine the rate. I did not want to proceed forward, but this company now has my information and is contacting me. I’ve called them back and emailed them letting them know I have not signed anything and did not want to move forward. I would like to stop being harassed by them and for my information to be removed from their database. Their “program” attempts to renegotiate your debt and never actually consolidates it. This is a scam and I don’t want my information available to them.

      I got a letter in the mail offering Debt consolidation. I gave it a try and put my email and phone number online. Few minutes later I got a phone call. I ignored the calls and they called me few more times. So I called them back. Patrick B****** was nice to talk to. He offered to help me with my piling debts with high interest rate. He sounded very convincing so I gave my personal information. He sent me an email of the list of credit cards and have and the offer of 0% interest rate. The following day, we spoke again on the phone to discuss how to move forward, which I agreed. But realized few red flags. I will have to stop paying my credit cards and they will negotiate with the companies. I also asked if this will affect my credit score and he said only for a short time. He arranged for a notary to come to my house so we can finalize the process. After much thought and consideration, I went to the BBB page to search the company and found several complaints. I am glad that I checked all the reviews before signing up. I notified Patrick via email of my decision, and he never emailed me back regarding my withdrawal. I requested that all my information be deleted.

      Today march 16th 2023 this man named Darien Y**** via a phone call from ###-###-#### called me after I responded to a letter from loyal lending now Darien is from strategic consulting and he asked me for my date of birth and social security over the phone they ran my credit and they know where I live also and now I fear my information is at risk due to a shady company they say they speak over recorded phone lines so there should be proof of that and I want all my information deleted from their database and the whole process cancelled now I didn't sign any documents or anything because Darien just set up a meeting with a credit card debt law firm to sign documents which I will not be doing named infinite it seems via a bait and switch tactic.

I remember the employee calling me every but I didn’t want the service and now the strategic consulting keeps sending me letter in the mail but I don’t want the service.       I was contacted on the 9th of February by a Ryan T***** at ###-###-#### about a debt consolidation program, that wasn’t a loan but after reading a couple of the other reviews it is a loan. I was very open with Ryan & with my situation and also trusting in giving my personal information, I knew it was a red flag to trust someone that quickly but he made the plan layout seem very comprehensible. Although I did notice areas of my agreement that he wasn’t explaining thoroughly or just vaguely and quickly. But I still followed through, until my first payment date for the program was approaching and I hadn’t been contacted about how I’d make that payment. Apparently I was supposed to put my bank account/routing information on just some random area of the document? That doesn’t seem right. I wasn’t told this until after 3 days of trying to contact my consultant. He calls back from a ###-###-#### (CA #, NOT NY) and tells me this which I knew was wrong, then he asked if I wanted to fill out that part with him on the phone in which I replied that I would like to do it over email as I’d feel safer he said, “sure, would you like to stay on the phone while you send over that email .” He said it was because some other document would come up that he needed to be there for, which just rubbed me the wrong way personally. I’m going to send in my cancellation forms but I want to ensure all of my information that was given (even in the pre approval application) is removed & this company does not contact me again.
