I verbally canceled my agreement with an attorney from Meadowbrook during my intake call. I had asked him if I need to provide my cancellation through writing he said no that the account has been notated and I will not be charged. That said, on January 26,2024 I was charged 541 dollars and now the attorney from Meadowbrook and the financial advisor Keith W**** from strategic consulting are not answering. The calls are ending with no option to leave a voicemail.Initial Complaint

I would like all of my personal data removed and the amount paid refunded. This is a scam. The customer service numbers given are no longer working and emails bounce back. A notary came to my house and I felt ok until I no longer could reach them with questions or concerns about the creditors calling. Please help me with getting my personal data removed- please help others avoid this company and this nightmare. Shame on themInitial Complaint

I’ve given strategic consulting all of my information to help me consolidate depth. They sent someone here with a notary, and I filled out all the paperwork. Since that date, I cannot contact anyone in the company and I’m worried about my name, and Social Security being used for fraud.Initial Complaint

In Feb '23 I received a mailer ad from Strategic Consulting Group. The ad says "300 Million in loans funded through our partners". I called & spoke to the rep Matthew H****** He stated that the program would eliminate my debt by paying creditors off through a loan program now & I would pay it off through them, I was to pay $786.18 a month for 48 months. He also stated my credit score would dip at first but would rebound once the creditors were ALL paid off in 7-9 months. My wife & I credit is now destroyed due to this fraud company. There is no loan & no creditor is paid off at all & for 4 years in some cases. 1 year later nothing has happened except an awful experience.Since entering the program I've paid $6,289.44 to Level One Law group ( a shell company for this scam). Every time I called & spoke to Matt about my concerns & our initial convo he would say the call was being recorded. When I called in August after months of no action I explained that Level One law had creditors projected out to 2027 and said this is not what we agreed on. I asked him to bring up the recordings & he said he did not have them. Another lie, he knew what he originally told me to sell me on this scam. Yesterday when I called him, his phone now does not work, emails bounce back and their corp # is not accepting calls either. I saw today that the Govt has stepped in finally to have them cease business, pay consumers redress, a civil money penalty and suing them in 7 states so far. They have 95 BBB complaints in past year alone. These scumbags CEO's Ryan Sasson & Jason Blust and all companies involved should face both civil & criminal penalties for defrauding innocent and financially vulnerable people over million of $. My problems have not been resolved at all.The financial, emotional distress, credit destroyed, home lost and broken marriage are major losses in my life. I'm demanding all $6,289.44 plus key monetary damages for all the above from Strategic Consulting.Initial Complaint

The contact information (phone number) for my personal consultant (Elisha A******) is not taking calls. The main client service number rings then hangs up. The attorney they said would contact me within a week never did. I have sent emails and I'm not getting any responses.Initial Complaint

I received a Debt Consolidation Loan offer from Golden Eagle Lending. When I called the number, I was apparently routed to Strategic Consulting where I spoke with a woman named Hope L****, who was supposedly a financial consultant. She set me up with a law firm called Brandon Ellis that was supposed to be representing me in restructuring my debt. The contact information in her email was: Hl****@strategicconsulting.com 716-249-6819. She texted me from a different number: 770-762-4234. She had me meet a notary to sign a contract to have Brandon Ellis represent me. In the contract, I had to put my social security number and my banking information for them to pull my payments out of my account. The notary gave me a paper that said Brandon Ellis would contact me in five business days. Since then I have not been contacted by anyone and have reached out to both Strategic Consulting and Brandon Ellis and have not been able to get a hold of a single person. I believe I was scammed. If this matter is not resolved shortly I will be filing a police report.Initial Complaint

I can not reach any one by phone My debt relieve consultant who signed me up Jason B**** does not answer the phone it’s just busy and hangs up I can not reach one level law. the phones just hang up I was never sent an account number or am able to access my account to see my status. I decided to work with the in resolving debt. They were super easy to get in touch with all up until paperwork was signed. I sent a text to my “agent” saying I know longer want to do the program. Now, no matter what I do or who I call, I cant get in touch with the business nor Sandstone Law. It feels like a scam. Every time I call the agent, it’s a busy signal. I call the main line, it hangs up on me 30 seconds in. I call the law firm, it says they are closed even though it’s within their hours of business.Initial Complaint

I was contacted by mail that I was eligible for debt relief program. I enrolled and then found an alternative solution to my situation. I have emailed, called text, every number supplied to me by this company, no response. These people have my banking information and are scheduled to start taking payments today from my checking account. All I want is to cancel my enrollment and can not do that because they will not reply to aby efforts made to contact them!! So frustrating and scary as well, given the amount of fraud that takes place everyday, please help me.Initial Complaint

In December 2023, I entered into an agreement for debt relief with Strategic Consulting. So far, I have put nearly $2,000.00 into an account and missed 3 payments to creditors, who call daily. I have sent 3 emails and tried several times to call Strategic Consulting, but to no avail.
