      I started the process with Strategic Consulting and was helped by a very nice representative. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough with the whole process. I was very impressed. I was happy with the offer I was given and met with the notary they sent out the next day to sign papers and give my banking info. I was told that I would have the rest of the documents for my husband to DocuSign no later than the next morning. That was a week ago. I cannot get my representative on the phone at all by phone, text, or email when previously he was easily accessible even by text. I cannot get anyone on the phone from the entire company. It cuts off or says it’s not in business hours, in the middle of a week day, or goes to a voice mail that is full. I have tried every number I can find. The minute I gave them my bank info I cannot reach anyone at all. I need someone to contact me from this company immediately.

      I called the# on a pre-qual loan mailing I got from Panther Lending bc I wanted to get a personal loan to pay off debt. Noah S******* took all my info, said it was required, and assured me this won’t pull credit. He called back with great news and we can get your payments down to x. I thought great, but as I asked more questions it became clear this is a total scam. I was told the accounts would be paid off and I’d have one low monthly payment, saving tons monthly. I could stop my payments today. Cool. Only when I asked do I receive a check or how does this work and him saying no our lawyers handle it, I started to understand. He finally admitted negotiated accts would be closed. I said no thank you I don’t want to close/write off any accounts. His sales tactic was then to bully/demean my credit situation combined with pressure to comply. Called Panther # provided, but is actually debt consolidation and he said that's all I qualified for. I did not pay any money. But they have my personal information that I don't want them to use or sell. I am being constantly called by so many “loan pre-qual” now, I text Noah back saying I am not interested, after a Vm was left concerning my bank info & ssn. “call me so we can close out your personal financial information your ssn and so forth it's important, obviously, if you're not interested, that we close that out.” What. You are leveraging my ssn info? Is that legal? Very uneasy ever since. He said the account would be closed out 1-8-24 if he didn’t hear from me. That vm was left on 1-10-24. He was polite until I said no thanks to the “loan” that was a charge off. It is extremely misleading. I was told to be realistic. I think contacting a pre-qualified personal loan letter with a stated interest rate and expecting that to be the discussion, would be realistic. I want all my info removed/scrubbed from them and whoever they have shared my info with, cease sharing all my info, and not to be contacted again.

      I was required to give my personal information to this company, SSN, birthday, address thinking that it was a consolidation loan company. After reading several complaints and talking with one of the representative, I realize that this will impact my credit I am no longer interested. I want the company to delete all of my personal information out of the database. I terminated my partnership before completing the enrollment process and never met with an attorney. Because I cancelled before completing the enrollment process, I should not owe any money. My mailed in termination notice was sent in one business day after completing the notary. I also sent a revocation of ACH automatic withdrawal with Global Holdings LLC, however received no response they received my letter. I do not want them sharing or selling my personal information. I would like Great Lakes Law Firm to acknowledge the termination of partnership, and that there will be no attempt to withdraw out of my bank account.

      I received a mailer with information for preapproval, on a debt consolidation loan. I gave my information to include name date of birth SSN, home address, etc. I wanted to discuss everything with my husband prior to moving forward with the solution I was offered, which was a debt negotiation service rather than loan. It all sounded wonderful, but after seeing all of the reviews I have decided not to move forward with the service. I would like all of our information scrubbed from the database and our information not to be sold. We would like to be contacted further from this company.

      I received mail regarding a debt consolidation loan through Strategic consulting. I was required to provide all my personal information including my social security number to this business. I decided to not move forward with their services. I do not want them contacting me again. I am requesting that all my personal information and data be permanently deleted from their database.

      I received an offer in the mail from Panther Lending for a 3.85% interest loan for up to $50,000. When I applied online Chuck from Strategic Consulting contacted me by phone. He asked a lot of questions and then said they could not do a loan but they could do a credit card modification. He thoroughly explained the process and said after my compliance phone call a notary would meet me that day to sign papers, and then said the law firm Sandstone Law Firm would settle with creditors and for me to not pay any of the credit accounts anymore. They would reduce our payments a month by $653.He said initially our credit score would go down but eventually it would go up. He said they would open an escrow account and payments would go to that account and then would pay the creditors out of the account. He said it would be done at a 0% interest rate and we would have the debt paid off in 4.17 years. This was very suspicious so when I got home I researched the companies and found horrible reviews. I do not want myself to be contacted again and would like ALL my personal information removed from their records, to be removed from any future communication from any of the companies listed or their affiliates.

      I was contacted by Zach K*** after looking into what they had to offer. He made it sound like a consolidation loan and had no interest and it was going to be less than I actually owed. after looking deeper into the business, it is not even nearly what I was led to believe. I wish to not be contacted by e-mail, physical mail or by phone. I would also like my information to be discarded and not used by the company any longer.

      When applying to Strategic Consulting, we thought we were applying for a personal loan. Then after providing SSN, DOB, emails, etc., they explain that's it's actually a debt consolidation loan. The sales person was a nice young lady who gave vague answers about the loan and tried to press us quickly along. Wanted to send a notary to seal the deal in the morning! We would like this company to 1) remove our personal data from their data base; 2) not contact us anymore; and 3) stop selling our personal information.

      I contacted them last week before doing my research. Luckily I didn't give them any banking info for the 1st withdrawal. I won't be doing business with them and they won't stop contacting me and selling my personal information. I don't want my personal information shared with ANYONE and I want them to stop contacting me.
