      I was going through my email approximately on March 4, 2023 and saw a survey from ***'s Club. We have a ***'s Club membership so I decided to fill out the survey. It was stated that I would get a free gift if the survey was filled out. I chose a pair of Apple Airpods. The survey was lengthy so I didn't think this was a scam. However, as I look back, I now can't believe that I thought as a college educated person that ***'s Club would send Apple AirPods for free because they are expensive. On approximately March 9, 2023, the Apple AirPods arrived in the mail to my surprise. I got a fraud alert from my American Airlines credit card through email and then by phone shortly after filling out the survey. I looked on my credit card statements to see if there was a charge for the AirPods. To my amazement, there was no charge for the AirPods but instead a series of charges for other items that I did not purchase that were picked up as fraud from my American Airlines credit card. I called ********* (credit card company) and reported that I did not make those purchases. They cancelled my credit card, credited me for the charges, and issued me a new card. I now have a brand new set of Apple AirPods that came from this return address: Prestige, #***, ***********************************************************. I have not used these AirPods yet until I know if I will be charged for them or if they are indeed free for filling out the survey. Since we changed the credit card to new numbers, I do not want my credit score to be affected in any way. I really need to know what to do. Do I return these? My husband and I always pay our bills on time but I refuse to pay for AirPods that I did not order. Please advise me on what to do about this scam. Thank you, *************************

      You asked me the name of the business to question and the only information I have is what is provided on the return address. There is no correspondence inside the package. I guess they are pretty smart scammers.       In March I ordered a one time bottle of Ellueur anti-wrinkle cream. All I had to pay was for shipping. I got the product. It was just OK. Yesterday 3/23 /2023 I received another jar of this product. I did not order it. I did not sign up for an auto ship. I want a refund for this latest jar and a stop on auto delivery. There is and has been no invoice included in packaging. All I have is an address. So I am unable to email, text, or call anyone to stop auto ship. The return address on the package says: KB,**************************************************. ******** *****. I will be returning unordered jar with a letter to stop auto ship. However, if it continues, how do I stop it once and for all?

      I did order one bottle of Gummies and male enhancement. I did NOT order the second set of pills I received one of each item. I justreceived a second set of the items which were NOT ordered.I was going to contact Prestige so I went online to tell them to not send anymore. I found the BBB site so I decided to make a complaint. I tried to contact them to tell them I do not want them or anything sent to my house. I am happy to return the unopened package. I do not want them nor do I want my account charged with any charges. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Thank you, *******************

      I received Keto gummies and Keto weight loss supplements from this mailing address abs I never ordered any of this. I never even heard of this place!! Something weird is happening and I need these people to be investigated!!

      I have called and you to stop sending pills and you haven't. I don't take these and I want a refund that you are charging my credit card. Get on this at once please. So I don't have to take further actions. Got a bottle today. Stop sending and charging to my card and refund me I have been trying to stops this and get my money back but you keep sending.

      I ordered two bottles of male enhancement supplements 2 months or so ago (Testosterone Booster and CBD gummies by Vigorlite RX). Today I received the same two bottles which I did not order. The 2nd supply was shipped by Prestige ************************************************************************I probably paid about $40. for the first shipment.When I called customer service I was routed to the ***********. I was told they knew nothing of the ******* did notice there was still another company name associated with Vigorlite RX ( or Prestige). The other name is Cognigence products.

      Discontinue all products shipped to me by this company. Stop, Stop, Stop! This business continues to ship two bottles of Vigorlite products to me every month. I no longer wish to receive these products as they do not work as advertised. They do not respond to any forms of contact by email or phone. This is a scam!

      I just got a second shipment of products, I don't want and never ordered. I contacted customer support and they said they don't have a product with that name and cannot help me as they don't have an account with my name. The customer service rep hung up on me.
