Pls do not buy from the store at North Brunswick NJ. They are selling warranty scams and do not stand by their product. Had a horrible experience on April 11th 2025. The quality of product has degraded significantly. There is absolutely zero value for what they offer.Raymour & Flanigan

I got my couch inspected. The woman who called me back said "what happened to the couch?". She said the platinum protection plan wouldn't cover anything but accidentally damage. Meanwhile there's accidental damage all over the entire couch. I have a special needs child. The thing is, there's springs broken and they've cut into my child's foot. I would expect a new couch if I'm paying that much for a warranty and or protection plan, however I didn't realize it literally covers, nothing, these people are funny to keep it in the VERY FINE print..... I told the woman at the very least I need to be given a refund or the purchase of a protection plan that's useless. I suppose I should just break the foundation of the couch instead but there will never be a next time with this company. My Dad always dealt antiques. I took a risk on this furniture company. I've always loved antiques for their reliability. I will never buy anything from Raymour and Flanigan again. I will make sure to post my experience on every social media outlet I am on! And let other's know not to make a purchase of such a useless protection plan! Not only did that happen but to lay it on thicker, customer service is ignorant.Raymour & Flanigan

After giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting them inspect my furniture twice they continued to tell me that there was no manufacturer warranty after six months of owning these couches. The fake leather has completely peeled off and they are absolutely trash. As far as what I know all furniture comes with a manufacturer warranty, however they’re telling me due to a few scratches that are on the surface not through the leather but it is not warrantable. Meanwhile if you walk their showroom floor you will see that their couches have the same exact scratches and that it is not an issue in my house but Moore so an issue with their furniture. I will be going to small claims court.Raymour & Flanigan

Do not get the protection plan. It is 100% a scam. They stated it worked one way and when we went to use it, they stated that none of it is actually covered. So basically, the plan was worthless and was not how it was described to us when we purchased it. The couches did not last long (we are on year 3 and they started deteriorating by year 2) and now we need to get a new set elsewhere. Please save your money.Raymour & Flanigan

1 starWe purchased the platinum warranty on a new sofa and recliner. When I contacted them to follow-up on structural damage to furniture; they said they will not honor the warranty because the fabric has pulls from our cats. What???!!! Horrible and Unacceptable Communication!!!!! After my original bedroom set was discontinued, I purchased another set through the platinum protection plan. The ********* furniture arrived on time. While making the purchase, I was asked if I wanted the warranty, and of course I said yes. 2 years after purchasing this set, the drawer attached to the bed began to crack. After a technician was sent out, I was informed that the technician was a "courtesy" and that the insurance covered every thing except for my bed. To that I replied when I received insurance I wasn't aware that I had to ask if all of my furniture was covered. October 25, 2024 I sent payment to replace the drawer. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions to confirm the status or any updates regarding my order. Yesterday, March 11, 2025, I called and was told that I would receive a link to schedule a drop off time. After selecting a date and time for delivery, I received a phone call from customer service stating that because I have been waiting for the replacement for so long they have availability next Saturday and someone will call to establish an appointment window. Was that the consolation? I spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is the customer service rendered? I am beyond disappointed in the lack of decency expected from a company such as Raymour and Flanigan.Raymour & Flanigan

For starters I was supposed to receive a text message with the link to track my delivery. I had to call this morning to get the link. They gave me a 2 hour window from 4pm - 6pm. Here it is 6:48pm and the driver has 2 deliveries before he gets to me. Not happyRaymour & Flanigan

5 starsI Purchased a power sofa and recliner, and also purchased the additional 5 year service protection plan. Within 2 years of purchase the arm on the recliner collapsed. (the wood broke). They came and repaired the recliner. Within the next year the arm collapsed again, and the fabric is now torn.. I had them come out again to repair this, and they told me they could not repair the fabric only the wood, and if I requested a full replacement, the recliner would no longer be covered under the service plan (one time replacement only) AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $169.00 PICK UP AND DELIVERY CHARGE, or I could return and pick up myself. I ALREADY PAID A DELIVERY CHARGE WITH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.Review fromBaha B

They came to bring my furniture in to NEW HOME WITH WHITR TILE AND WHITE CARPET, they were asked to take shoes off or put shoe covers they denied to do that, 0 respect toward customer and their homes, ONLY TIME THEY WILL RESPECT YOU IS WHEN YOU WALK IN TO THE STORE TO BUY SOMETHING!!!!! Even Dunk & Bright furniture has more respect for you and your home they had some stuff delivered to me on Friday took their shoes off no issues!!! So people with new houses if u buy furniture it’s not with Raymour & Flanigan because they won’t respect you or your home!!!
