      They deserve a zero but I had to pick a star to place a review. I recently purchased alot of clothes from IEDM but they smelled so bad, like mildew. My son has cancer so I have to be very careful with what is around him and these were all he wanted for Christmas. So to be safe, I had to see if I could get the mildew smell out and when I was able to and knew the mildew smell was gone, he tried them on and the hoodies were too big, very long. It stated they won't do exchanges if washed but if they came clean and not smelling so bad and I knew they weren't going to make my son sick, I never would have had to wash them. They do not care nor understand because of how they came I had to wash them. Do not buy from them, they don't care how your expensive clothes show up. They don't answer their phones and they rarely answer emails, they just want your money. Shame on them!

      No actual customer service to reach by phone. No update on order for 2 weeks. Order #******.If you can deliver by 12/23 I'll remove by complaint.Pretty much every shop you buy from online would tell you if there is a delay after 2 weeks of no status updates.Getting a hold of a person on the phone would prevent more people from filing compliants.

      I am 100% completely satisfied with my order. This company honored the discount event after my purchase. They listened and understood my concerns clearly and addressed them promptly. Quality of the product is of the utmost excellence. I absolutely love flowers so much and I can tell a good sublimation shirt when I see one, so after doing my research on the materials I knew my intuition was correct for excellent quality. Rarely do I buy anything this large but I just dropped $500 on the biggest clothing purchase of my life and I am completely confident and grateful in my decision. My shirts are very comfortable and Im 511 and prefer medium slender fit. Happy the shorts that were added are long cut to come my knees. You guys absolutely rock and I greatly appreciate your art. Thank you so much for being exceptional in all areas, from now until forever! Make the right choice. #IDEMOrBust #IDEM

      Love the print and quality of the items!The Sherpa lined hoodie blanket is perfect.I wish the cloak zipper went all the way to the bottom- but I love it. The sleeves are perfect. I ordered a hoodie dress in a size 3x and its kind of tight:( ***** being too fat, but Ill make it work.If you offered everything in a 4x and 5x size, Id order another $500 worth of stuff??I had a question about my order and I was replied to and my items shipped the next day! Excellent service:) Thank you!!
