      i seen the luciana rose ad and the deal to receive earings and neckless for free and on;y pay the **** for shipping. on 12/18/2023 the **** was taken out of my account and when i got the product it was aweful, such poor quality, the fake stone fell out of one earing, just taking it out of the bag. it was something that should of been in a cracker jacks box. was to be a xmas gift for my daughter, it was to pathetic for me to give it to her. then like alot of others i get another charge on my card for ***** on 12/27/2023 and did not purchase anything from them. went to my bank to inform them of this and they told me that there was another charge of ***** from this luciana rose company . so there was 2 @ ***** taken from my account and i did not authorize nor order anything from them. i did recieve another package in the mail w a cheap fake gold heart shaped necklace, no statement from this place no return product info, nothing but a scam, businesses like this need to be shut down!! im on a fixed income and i hope to get a refund. my bank has issued me a new debit card. what a headache this has been. i hope to get a refund and never here from this company ever again.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
      My name is *************************** my ID # is ********  I have received a 2nd letter from you regarding my issue with this *********************** company and there message to me was not satisfactory to me as I had no idea nor knew of any subscription service w this business ,  they said they canceled my account and reimbursed me the most recent charge as a courtesy? I was charged ***** twice and a charge of 8.99 total of ****** which was taken from my account. Don't know what dollar amount was refunded? The *********************** company must not understand that there product is junk and not at all what they said it was. Never ordered anything else from them and they continued to charge my account and sent a necklace I did not order, there product is so poor and not worth a ***** as far as I am concerned. I expect a full refund of ****** and I think the business  should be evaluated and inspected as they are misleading and taken advantage of innocent people w there lies and scams with there false advertising and fake product.    Thankyou, ***************************; Id# is ********

      The business is Lucianarose. I paid $8.95 for shipping and handling for "free" earrings and necklace. When they arrived they didn't look like they were worth the shipping and handling so I just tossed them. I recieved an email saying they were sending another item and charging me for it. I immediately went to the website, asked them not to send anything or charge my card. That was a few weeks ago. I didn't recieve anything. Today I got an email from them saying they were sending me something and charging me $59.95. I went to the website and tried to log in. It said they didn't recognize my email! They had just sent me an email. I just want them to stop charging me for things I didn't order and maybe stop others from doing what I did.

      I placed an order at this online retailer on Jan 15. That same day they charged me for a second order that I never placed and signing me up for an "insider club" that I never signed up for. I finally received both orders and while trying to contact them to return the items I received an email on Jan 25 that they're sending another order that I did not place and charging me another $60. I've emailed them several times to try to find them to stop these orders and stop these charges but they never respond. No one picks up their phone and no one responds to their emails.

In the middle of the night, my card ** text me that this **mpany tried to process a charge for $59.95. DECLINED and reported.Life is tough enough without being robbed.Do not send me items i DO NOT WANT AND did not order, do not enroll me in any B.S. subscriptions, do not attempt to bill or charge me any more fradulent charges.I did NOT request or authorize any other item but the $8.95 earrings, nor did i enter any sort of **ntract or subscription.GO AWAY or i will *** your **mpany for fraud and harrassment.Goodbye.

      Sadly, I am yet another victim of "just pay shipping and handling for $9.95" SCAM 1st they attempted to withdraw the $9.95 three (3) consecutive times. We let them have 1, but now we are getting charged $29.95, repeatedly even after we canceled our debit cards. My husband is a truck driver, so he is far away with no money. They must be stopped!

      On November 27 I recieved an email titled ***** Airlines Survey, normally I would not have answered but for some reason I did. For participating I was given a choice of various products and I chose earrings for lack of anything else. The information said that allI had to do was pay $6.95 for shipping. I looked for "the catch" and didn't see anything so I entered my credit car number. I regretted it immediately as I looked to see the sender of the email and saw that it wasn't from ***** or any legitimate business. Shortly after that I received earrings and a matching necklace, they were both very poor quality. On December 7, 2023 I checked CitiBank for my transactions and I saw that I was billed $79.95 for a jewelry subscription. I tried to reach the company to see how i could send the product back and to cancel any "subscription" that they falsely charged me for, but there was no phone number or address. I was only able to send a message on their website. Today I received another piece of jewelry--an extremely poor quality bracelet, there was no information in the package about returning it. There was only a shipping statement. I disputed the charge with ********, and sent LR another message. This company (if it is a company) is a scam. I can picture a person ordering crappy jewelry from ***** and sending it to their victims.
