      Date of the transaction is September 8th, 2021. Order numbers are ****** and ******. These orders were placed by just clicking pictures of the product on the site, my card info was already autofilled and I was not even allowed to preview my order to cancel these items. Site said that if I hit back arrow I risk being charged twice, so I kept hitting continue hoping there'd be a page to remove items or change order--but there was never one. I couldn't cancel items and order was placed. I tried emailing to cancel order, with no reply for a week now, every time I call, it says they're closed even when I call during business hours. I have just recieved items ordered--despite trying to cancel them from the day they were ordered. I'm now trying to return items but am having the same issue where no one responds to my emails nor calls when I ask about the return policy, and website just instructs me to contact them.

      The advertisement said get 3 items for ***** a piece and free shipping. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings and a tennis bracelet. My total should have been ***** dollars instead they took ***** dollars from my account. I sent an email and they never responded. Instead charged me $34.00 for the tennis bracket and $***** for the two pairs of earrings. I want my money back and the deal that was offered for all three items which was $***** ***** a piece.

      I was looking at items in the website, a few hours later not one but Two orders appear in my email if items I would never buy…. I immediately try to find a way to cancel, can’t be done. No contact phone number, only email or Facebook. I start send messages to both..immediately at 6am . No response no call no email.. Then I check my email and all the emails I sent have been returned as non deliverable,. I start scanning thru complaints about the company and apparently this has happened to many people. NOW I SEE Almost 90..00 has been taken from my checking acct.. This scam they are running needs to STOP. I want my money back Emails bounce back and no follow up

      BEWARE!!! Just placed order for stud earring based on their current promotion ( worth $79 now for $10) I was told to enter cc early on and then it provides other list showing more items to choose from, even though I did not add any other item, I dont know why they added 3 more items, they don't give you a total or a subtotal or any idea of how many items are being charged for. I received an email receipt for 4 items and total charge was $95. This seems like they are tricking customers into buying more items without their consent, why no total subtotal shown before we place order? This is very fishy, I don't trust them and will not purchase from them again, I want them to NOT send me those 3 unwanted items and refund for them immediately

      I'm sorry that that happened. We do not add items to your order, however I have gone ahead and refunded you for the entire order. The items are still in-transit, you are free to keep them as a one time apology. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you have a good day.
