      On November 27 I recieved an email titled ***** Airlines Survey, normally I would not have answered but for some reason I did. For participating I was given a choice of various products and I chose earrings for lack of anything else. The information said that allI had to do was pay $6.95 for shipping. I looked for "the catch" and didn't see anything so I entered my credit car number. I regretted it immediately as I looked to see the sender of the email and saw that it wasn't from ***** or any legitimate business. Shortly after that I received earrings and a matching necklace, they were both very poor quality. On December 7, 2023 I checked CitiBank for my transactions and I saw that I was billed $79.95 for a jewelry subscription. I tried to reach the company to see how i could send the product back and to cancel any "subscription" that they falsely charged me for, but there was no phone number or address. I was only able to send a message on their website. Today I received another piece of jewelry--an extremely poor quality bracelet, there was no information in the package about returning it. There was only a shipping statement. I disputed the charge with ********, and sent LR another message. This company (if it is a company) is a scam. I can picture a person ordering crappy jewelry from ***** and sending it to their victims.

      I paid free shipping for a pair of earrings and they have since put me in monthly subscription for jewelry, in which they are now deducting ***** monthly. I have attempted to contact them to cancel what appears to be a subscription but I am unable to contact anyone. Contact by phone results in a message that says they do not take phone calls, but ****** an email address to send the request to and that they will anser within 24 hours. When sending to the given email address, the email is returned with no such user.

      I made a purchase from Luciana Rose, an online jewelry business, in the amount of $9.95 on October 19 2023, which was a shipping fee, the item was advertised as free..I did not authorize or sign up for recurring charges on my card or more items to be sent to me. Yet my card was charged $59.95 on October 30, 2023 and $59.95 on Nov. 26th. I would like to be reimbursed for $119.90 for the two charges in the amount of $59.95 that I did not authorize . I also want to remove my card information from their site permanently effective immediately

      The business is repeatedly charging me for an order for $59.95 that I have never purchased or agreed to even after my bank blocked the initial charge. I have contacted multiple customer support e-mails they have which they claim to respond within 24 hour period but they have ignored them all. This is a common behavior by this business scamming hundreds of people even on BBB complaints alone. I want my money back and want this business to never charge me again.

I did take advantage of a previous offer of getting a free set of earrings by paying **** for shipping only. I did not sign up for a subscription. I would like.my credit card charge reversed.       This company attempted to charge my credit card the amount of $59.95. I have never authorized this amount and I have never signed up for any subscription services. My credit card company denied the charge based on my conversation with their customer service department.Please remove me from your Customer list, any kind of email list and/or directory.

      9/21/2023 A charge of $59.95 was debited from my checking account.I NEVER SIGNED UP for a subscription with this company! There was a simple offer to send a free sample if I provided postage and handling. I am asking for a copy of MY signature where I ever did so. I know for a fact that I did not.Please refund. Do not ever contact me again after doing so.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The refund has been issued.  I am certain that I did not initiate a subscription plan.

      I ordered a pair of free earrings from the website. I agreed to pay the shipping charge of $8.95. I received the earrings. I then received a pendant that I did not order and was charged $59.95. I have tried to contact the company and I received no response. I want my money refunded and do not want any additional charges made.I did not authorize any on going purchases. After starting this complaint I see that this company does this type of fraud quite often. I want the $59.95 refunded and no further charges from this company.
