      Be careful what you read this seller is a criminal and plays with words and description of products. I ordered the 3 ear****s pendent gold, rose gold and white gold #******* ***** Then I got charged for another gold pendant and ear****s I never ordered and did not received.26994. ***** Then free a silver pendant with insiders club I dont even know what that is $34.00 ****** I did not order I ordered the free post ear****s for a ***** shipping and got charged for 2 #****** and #****** I order a angel **** #************ Now I see a charge trial over for ***** and I have no idea what that is. What. I read on this site is trial offer. Special price for the first time buyer after that it was the higher price. I. Email about this trial over charge but I have not heard nothing. I was disappointed with the jewelry it was not as describe I could have bought this cheap looking costume jewelry at ******* for ***************************************** their descriptions to deceive people.

      I found this company on the web. And for the most part, I fell in love with it. But I feel that they try to get over and let me explain and if I am wrong I ask to be forgiven. On March 8 I got charged 2 times for something that I did not buy. I wrote the company to try and get it taken care of. They act as if I did not know what I was talking about I have my back statements. While writing this I went back to make sure and still could not find what I was charged for. Then I was sitting here working and got a letter saying that I was charged for a club and that my trial was over. But here is the thing. I did sign up for the club but it was one price. And I really do not care about the club because they do have some go stuff. But I want to know why was I charged double and they can answer me. Also on their site, you can not cancel an order. I click a ring by mistake I went back to cancel and could not do it. I wrote them and ask them to cancel they said they could not but I could either send it back or they take 50 or something off. Ok, I said ok but this other charge they will not give me an answer. I could not screenshot the bank but I copied it and send it where they took out the money. Now I am a business lady and it's one thing that you must have integrity when it comes down to running a business. I had read many reports on this same problem money been taken out of people's accounts. All I want is my ***** put back into my account just that simple and make sure that the computers do not charge over the amount because that is stealing. And I do love the products. I just want this to clear up that is all I ask. I am disabled I am not rich I am struggling like other people I wanted to buy myself something. Just clean your act up that is all I ask. I have copies of all the letters that I sent I can send them to the BBB

      Hi and thank you but that is not my problem my problem is you took ***** out of my account. 

      I have sent you all time after time about this. Thank you for the ***** but I want my 39 put back in to the account.

      I understand that computers can mess up but I sent the information on BBB  as well as to you all.  

      I am not up set I am going to still keep ordering from you all. I am not going  going to give you all no bad report. 

      But I just want my ***** back. Please go back and look at the pdf that I sent and you will see what I am talking about .

      On 3-1 22 I ordered a pair of earrings for $9.99. They sent the earrings. They also sent a necklace that I did not order. Today 3-8-22 they charged my card $59.99. I have tried to call them and email them with no response. I want my money back as I did not order or want a necklace

      I have copied and pasted a complaint made by another customer of this company. It is described exactly as it happened to **** purchased a pair of earrings from this company for $9.95 on Sunday December 26,2021.On Monday December 27,2021 I saw I had received two emails. One for the earrings at $9.95 and another for a necklace for $38.I only ordered the earrings.Since an extra item was added I didnt order I called and left a message and sent an email and said I didnt want either item and I wanted a full refund as this was shady and wrong!I was told in an email it was too late as already shipped.I see on this BBB site dated July 12,2021 another customer had the exact same issue and was told that the items didnt need to be sent back and that a full refund would be issued.I want to be given the same response.There are 33 complaints against this company on the BBB website.In addition to finding this site I also just read where this company has a monthly subscription fee. I never saw this or I wouldnt have ever ordered the $9.95 earrings.I also want to make sure if this company intends on billing my card monthly for a subscription I want this cancelled immediately in addition to a full refund and not having to return these items.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 
      This company charged my credit card ending in **** on February 4th for $27.00 and on February 14th for $59.95. I have never received and product or service from this company. I initially filed a complaint with this company and received the message that I would be refunded. I asked for documentation of the refund and I have not received anything. Additionally, the companies support team is emailing messages stating they can not find my order. That is because I never placed an order with this company. I have attached documentation to my claim that supports all my claims stated above. I would like to receive a full refund with documentation.
