      I took my son to the ************** location in mid December, 2023. I was told that I had to pay $160 for the office visit or give them a credit card to hold. They said that they would refund me the amount that I didn't owe once the insurance paid. So I paid $160. Later, the insurance indicated that I only owed $24, so I called regarding getting a refund in January, ****. They agreed that I was owed a refund and that they would process a refund. I still have not received a refund on my card, after calling 3 more times, including today, February 23, ****. Today, they promised to have someone call me about it on Monday. However, they promised that a manager would call me when I called last week. No one called, and still no refund. It's a shame that Children's ******** is affiliated with an organization like this. I was referred to them from our pediatrician, so I plan to let our pediatrician know these issues as well. If I had seen all of the complaints against them on BBB before we went, I wouldn't have gone here. I give them a 0.

      I called on Monday 10/9/2023 to discuss the bill I received via email. I let the lady on the phone know that my son had been enrolled in my husband insurance. My son being born 7/20/2023 that of it didn't go through that it was still pending. But that per insurance they would back date all bills to his birth. They said they would not take any money out and would resubmit. Why it is tonight 10/11/2023 I look at my account and they took the money out. This is ridiculous I will not be going here again.

      Pm pediatrics did resolve the issue but I will not be returning as a customer unless there is a emergency where the pediatrician isn't open.

      Brought my 8month old daughter back in to PM pediatrics for a double ear infection. First found amoxicillin, did not work. They recommended augmentin. My daughter can not have augmentin, she has had a reaction before, all of my kids have. I am not sure why, since they can tolerate amoxicillin. We told her she cant have it and refused to pivot to another antibiotic and left us with nothing. She was rude, unprofessional and continuously downplaying my daughters previous reaction and telling me that my concerns were meritless and that I should give her this medication even though I know the outcome and that probiotics will solve the issue. I guess I should take the word of a doctor who doesnt know my daughter from a hole in the wall over my own experience and medical history of my daughter. It was unacceptable unprofessional and wildly concerning.

      My daughter has been a patient of PM Pediatrics in ******* for over 6 years. We were familiar with staff and services, and we recommended the facilities to more than 10 families in our Riverdale neighborhood. However, once Covid hit, it immediately caused a fast drop in customer service, reliability and patient care. My son was born during the start of Covid and my husband and I have had to take him to PM Pediatrics a handful of times for fevers and related symptoms. Unfortunately, during most of those visits we were seen by the same Nurse Practitioner. She has excellent bed side manner however, she's completely incompetent in every sense. She refused to test our son for Covid because she had a "feeling" or "hunch" that it's not that. She thought he had allergies and recommended we get a medication for him. At the pharmacy, the pharmacists looked at us like we were crazy. It turns out that there is no such medicine for babies. I also took my daughter for testing because someone in her school tested positive and the same Nurse Practitioner questioned and asked us details of the positive case, as though she did not want to test my daughter. We're beginning to wonder if she pays for the tests out of her own paycheck since she refuses to do them. The irony is that they're not even physically done by her, all she does is sign off on paperwork and the nurse does the swabs. The nurse indicated that my daughter should have a RAPID and ************************************************** the house so it's better to conducts both tests. However, the Nurse Practitioner didn't see it in this logical manner and preferred the extended test only. As we now wait for the results for over a day, with our small child at home and the long weekend plans that have gone to waste due to incompetence, we decided to call to get an update. To our surprise, we got even more incompetence and rude behavior over the phone. The receptionist claimed that PM Pediatrics prefers not to do rapid tests although it's promoted and advertised everywhere. I asked for the corporate phone number and she insisted I speak to the head doctor working today so that he can explain the policy as well. I said I did not see the need to hear the same thing and asked for the corporate number. Of course, to no surprise, a ************ came on the phone in a ***** manner. I said I'm waiting for the corporate number and he said "Well they're not open on Sundays". That was his version of a customer service "friendly" response. I have never seen a drop in service so fast like in PM Pediatrics *******. It's unsettling and should be addressed.
