I called to make the monthly payment and was gonna use a credit card because i was in a bit of a pinch. I was told they do not accept credit cards . I asked why to my surprise and was told its company policy. Sounds more like make things more difficult for people to pay there bill so this crappy company can take advantage and charge more late fees. I'll be calling my bank and getting the loan transferred to them. Just another greedy company trying to take advantage of hard working people. i will not be using these people again for my next ride or anything else.

Ive been getting the run around trying to get my cousin to talk for me to them due to my accident. My insurance totaled out the bike I had and they still sent a repo out for it. The person my ********** had spoken with said all I had to do was email them authorizing her to speak with them in my behalf. Now that I sent that they are now wanting a power of attorney after sending a repo and sending them multiple emails stating I cant speak for myself as they want me to call them.

These customers arent lying when they say the ********************** system takes double payments! They did it to me once and I made sure to not use that feature again. Same attitude I got as well when I called and said what would they do to remediate this. Ive been calling for them to have my late fees waived. Which they just recently started adding late fees on top of their already insanely high interest fees. They said a company like this does not waive late fees and that they still give you a 10 day ***** period then the late fee accumulates. That is a lie. You would think that a company like this would be able to help their customers with the late fee. You would think that because they did over charge me twice one month. Which set me back immensely with all my other bills. That they would waive this. They have no compassion nothing just money hungry. This is why they have the reviews they have. I will never deal with this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

Absolute garbage company they were not sending me paper invoices. They were emailing an old email address so I had no record or access to my account number so I could not set up auto pay. . They got rid of their pay by text feature, which was how I always paid

If I could give them negative stars I would. I set up a payment trekking then I would not have my check until Thursday. They told me to set it up and it would come out in a couple days. It came out early and put my account on the negative. I called and asked what they were going to do as I was charged an insufficient funds charge. They put it all on me and then hung up. Don't believe e a word this company says. Total trash employees that lie. Will never use again and will let everyone I know to never use them .

I highly highly caution anyone considering doing business with Roadrunner Financial for any reason at all if negative stars were allowed I would have given -100. They are a scam predatory lending "company". They will force you to sign up for auto payments from your bank account set for a particular day. If you make a payment early their system is set up to not take note of the payment and still withdraw an additional payment on the day that was set up, thus making double payments for the same month. Now that you have made an additional payment they will take majority of both payments and apply it to the interest rather than applying the second payment to the principal alone. They will then tell you that you have to go on to the App to reschedule your autopay but all you are doing is setting yourself up to have your account withdrawn twice the next month again. If you have to finance something DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY!!!!!!

We are in receipt of the consumers BBB complaint dated October 2, 2024. Based on our investigation, we believe that the customer may have a misunderstanding of how our payment process works and the application of payments under the simple interest method. Customers are not required to enroll in auto payments. We have multiple methods by which a customer can pay including online, over the phone or by mail. As disclosed when the consumer signed up for auto pay, our automatic payments will continue to draft every month unless they notify us otherwise in advance of the payment date. In the current situation, the customer never advised us to terminate the auto pay payment at any time. In regard to the amounts being paid to interest and not principal, all accounts accrue interest under the simple interest method. Therefore, payments are applied first to accrued interest and then to principle. If a payment is made late or if no payment is made for an extended period of time, there will be more interest accrued on the account, and therefore more of the next payment would go toward interest. In the present case there was a gap in between his July and October payments, therefore more interest accrued and thus the payments in October was applied more to interest. The customer made 2 payments in July of which the majority of the 2nd payment went to principal. If the customer wishes to make payment towards principal, they would just need to pay the outstanding interest for that month and the balance of any payment would go directly to principal. Otherwise, based on the review of the customers account we have identified that all payments were applied correctly. Should the customer have further questions, he is free to contact our customer service department to discuss the matter further.

I caution anyone considering doing business with Roadrunner Financial, especially if you are looking to finance a vehicle. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.I financed a motorcycle through Roadrunner Financial, and unfortunately, the vehicle was stolen. My insurance covered the value of the motorcycle at the time of theft, but there remained a balance that I assumed *** insurance would cover. To my dismay, I later discovered that the *** insurance sold to me by Roadrunner Financial was provided by iA ************************ which turned out to be completely inadequate. It became apparent that this so-called *** policy was not worth the paper it was printed on. Instead of providing the necessary coverage, it left me with unexpected expenses and a considerable financial burden. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with Roadrunner Financials practices. My advice to potential customers is to exercise extreme caution. *********************** choice of insurance providers, such as iA ************************ appears dubious at best. Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promised protections underscore a concerning lack of integrity.Save yourself the headache and financial risk. Do not trust Roadrunner Financial with your financing needs, especially if they continue to peddle subpar insurance products from questionable providers like iA American Warranty Group. No reply is necessary from Roadrunner Financial, as their empty apologies hold no value in rectifying the harm caused by their deceitful practices.
