      I used a vehicle *********** through their web page and was automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. My request to cancel through their telephone number seems to have been ignored and I continue to receive bills on my credit card.

      Continuous charge on **** card each month for the last 6 months of ***** after authorizing 1.00 only once. I keep getting notice from **** in repgards to fraudulent charge on my account causing card replacement month after month. I believe this company scams people into giving them their card number knowing they will charge them continuously. Never received any invoicing at all. Contemplating legal action.

      ********** is a fishing scam. They get your information for a free trial, then never invoice you for the charges after the free trial is over. I lost $140 is credit card charges. They are a known scam.

      I didn't order whatever service they provide. I ordered something that cost $1.00, had that paid from my debit card, and they charged me this money.

      Im not sure when but when I was looking at trading my car in the FIRST time, I used this website to look up a VIN number, and without my knowledge they started pulling $24 a month out of my PayPal account, I was not aware of this when I first looked up a VIN number. I need a refund of all of the money that has been taken out of my account besides that $1 from the very beginning.

      I have these charges for ***** coming out of my credit card for the last couple months and I dont even remember what the subscription was for and have a feeling it was a trial that wasnt properly canceled my card is getting overdrafted due to these charges

      When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

      Please be assured that your account was canceled and you were issued a refund of $91.96. The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

      Ive been charged by Bumper LLC for 28 months and I dont even know what it is or how I signed up for it.

      I was able to locate an account utilizing your phone number. The account was created on 03/27/22. Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the quarter. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the quarterly subscription of $26.22.

      When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

      Bumper is a website that provides you with access to vehicle records that were formerly only available to dealerships.

      You can search a VIN number, by vehicle type, or license plate to locate vehicle records and much more. All searches are run by you in your account, once you sign up for an account.

      I was looking for some information on line and it charged 1.00 for some information. Unbeknownst to me they started charging me ***** for almost a year and I had never noticed it. Companies like this trick you into getting something for a dollar not knowing you will be charged automatically. Extremely upset when they play these tricks on people. I see all of the same complaints on here about the same exact thing. I wonder how many other people are being charged and them not knowing.

      After review, we were unable to bill you for several months and there was no request to cancel. Your account was suspended on 9/08/2023 and you did not receive any additional payment requests.

      Paid them $1 to see my car's vin number, and was signed up for a monthly subscription without being asked. I caught it after they charged $22.99. They may have it written somewhere on the website, but it isn't made clear, and they know it isn't made clear.
