Advertising 0% pay over time plan but then charging you fees. Not willing to give you money back like other credit card companies. Highly suggest ******** or ******* *** instead.

One star is too many, but it is the lowest I can rate them. Mistakes were made by J P Morgan with an investment account of which I am a beneficiary. I have filled out the same papers over and over, answered the same questions time and again, been sent from person to person, spent much time on the phone, usually on hold, and still do not have my money. I know of others in the same situation. This goes way beyond poor customer service. I might add that when I have dealt with ****** *****, my experience was excellent.

My bank account was hacked and all my payments are having issues going through right now. I called in to try to give a different account to run my payment through and they were not understanding or helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and hung up on me! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. It’s one thing to not be able to help because of policy but it is a whole different situation to hang up on a customer.

Wish zero stars was an option. Only bank that doesn't recognize ACH transfer from a company to an individual, bearing the PPD code for a payroll transfer. After telling us everything was good, we waited for over 3 months and now they say they won't pay the bonus. Gave lots of different excuses but they settled on this one, an ACH isn't a direct deposit. No other bank has said this to us. **** ** ******* which sent the company funds, don't know what Chase is talking about. Neither do we, but we know we are out $1000 in bonuses and have had pretty much $20,000 sitting in accounts earning nothing! So dishonest. Choose another bank, so many out there that do a better job and are honest with you, that pay the new account bonuses as promised and within weeks!

I had made a deposit on November 6, 2024 for the amount of $5,940. My bank had received and clear the deposit in my account.. Now The Bank is holding on of my deposit funds and refuse to release my deposit funds.. They claim that the deposit check Fraudulent and won't release it.. They want the contact number of the company who wrote the check.. I gave the contact information to the Bank. Now they claim that the contact number doesn't match with the company who wrote the check.. They want the company who wrote the to have the contact number register with their company who wrote the check.. I currently feel the bank is giving the run around and want to keep my funds, refuse to release my funds. All this the Bank have closed my account.. My question to the Bank is why clear the $5,940 check in my account after it was deposit? If the Bank believe it is a Fraudulent they should had not clear my $5,940 check in my account... The Bank should had return my deposit check back to the company Bank..

I will never get any credit card with Chase again. They keep dropping a preceding “0” in my checking account number and then getting a denied payment from my bank and charging me late and penalty fees. They have successfully billed my checking when I called a representative and they swore the “0” was there now. But my next auto payment was denied again. What a joke of a business.

Business Checking Hacked for $4,990.00 and Chase Refuses to Refund the Money! This happened on 10/29/2024 around 9 am at my home office. Not long after my most recent login on my laptop that day, I received a text alert that an ACH Employee Payee was created under the name ***** *******. This was on my business checking account I have with Chase Bank. Shortly after, I saw a payment of $4,990.00 in Real-Time ACH going to that new employee just created. I called Chase Bank immediately and locked my account. Luckily, I caught it quickly enough because they would have sent another $4,900.00 to the same ACH Employee ***** *******. I was able to have Chase lock the account just in time for the second payment to get rejected which happened within less than a minute. All this was happening while I was on the phone with them. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't reverse the first initial ACH payment because it was sent in real-time. After I had them lock the account temporarily, I was transferred to the claims department to put in my claim to get my money back. Based on the conversations with multiple Chase employees, this was going to be open and shut. They said that once approved, I would receive my money back within 5-10 business days. After that time had passed, I received a letter in the mail stating the claim was denied because they considered the transaction to be valid since it showed my laptop logging in just before the incident. To be clear, I was not logged in at all from my laptop when this was happening. I logged in on my phone to see if the transaction really happened before calling the fraud department. I am a self-employed business owner. I do not have any employees nor have I ever paid one. Also, you would see my spending behavior in my transaction history where I only pay my vendors, credit cards, and other bills related to the business. Hopefully, they will do what is right and refund my money ASAP.

My husband just started his business this year and opened a business account with Chase. Instead of protecting him from fraud, when he submitted a check from a customer... They froze his account with no communication. We found out by calling customer service and the automated voice said his bank card number was invalid. They said to call back this week and we called today to follow up for the investigation. We followed up with the bank today and they said there was nothing that could be done. My husband asked to pick up the rest of his money that’s still in his bank and they refused saying it would get mailed. They refused to escalate it to a supervisor. And the person hung up the phone before my husband was done talking. Chase is reliable and will not protect you. And the customer service sucks. OF COURSE they said that the credit card account was unaffected. This experience has me questioning my relationship with them and feel like I cannot rely on them. I suggest going elsewhere!

Chase bank is the worst bank. They are criminals. They took all my money. I tried telling them that most of the charges on my statement were not made by me. And that absolutely no one was authorized to use my card except me. There were so many charges made by names I never heard of. They insisted that these charges were authorized and they would not reimburse me. Chase is absolutely responsible this. There were charges for $84 9 times in one day? I opened this account with close to $50.000 only a few months ago. Now I'm at 0. I can't afford to hire an attorney, obviously. I will be coming into a large sum of money. It sure won't be going to chase. I have all the proof I need. Please someone help me AND stay away from Chase bank,at least the one in ************ *******!

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This bank has been nothing but a nightmare. I opened up an account and was told if I did a mobile deposit. The check would clear within one to two business days. That was over a month ago they have held on to over $1500 by saying they have to verify the check even though they have already cleared the funds. Not to mention right after they closed my account. Being a business owner and having multiple other checking accounts, I find this very unprofessional about how they are doing business.
