I am misisng a part to a stroller and have contacted them almost ten times - no response! Their website form is useless and they respond to my Instagram inquiry telling me someone will contact me but I am still waiting -Worst customer service! I would leave zero stars if I could!

We have reviewed our e-mail tracking system and do note our consumer initially reached out on 06/21/2024, stating that they need parts for their stroller. Within the same day, we responded to our consumer, requesting the additional information necessary to further assist. On the next day, our consumer provided some of the requested particulars. On 06/23/2024, we informed our consumer that the part that they were requesting was not in stock. Additionally, we advised that they may want to return the item to the retailer for an exchange or refund. On 07/10/2024, our consumer reached out to us again, requesting the parts for their stroller and claiming that they have not received correspondence from us. On 07/12/2024, we requested the remaining information necessary to give additional aid. On 07/17/2024, our Better Business Bureau agent called our consumer and advised them that as a one-time courtesy, we would replace their item. Our consumer would simply need to provide Proof of Destruction to their current stroller and provide picture evidence. Our consumer agreed to the terms and provided pictures of their destroyed stroller on the same day. On 07/19/2024, we notified our consumer that a Special Order has been placed and gave an expected time as to when it will ship out.
