    The employees in the road lied to us and put us in such a rush to get on the bus it was to late to see we were scammed we wanted to get on the free ferry but was told the parking lot was under repair and we had to pay to park and and a bus would take us to the ferry. at this point we were already moving on the bus to see I was charged 230$. My mother was with us we had to walk a long way to the boat the guy who was showing the way was going to fast for us to keep up when we pointed out one of us is disabled he just rudely said ya and walked off I included the post and attached my receipt

    Worst Tour EverDo Not Waste Your Money!This has been the absolute worst bus tour Ive ever taken. After catching the first bus in the morning, no other buses arrived at any of the stops for over an hour. We waited at multiple stops while Big Bus Tours had five buses come through at one stop, but Iconic Bus never showed up. Every other company seemed to be running on time, but Iconic was nowhere to be found. We ended up walking to all the locations we wanted to visit, which were 30 to 45-minute walks throughout the daycompletely defeating the purpose of booking a bus tour. We even tried to catch the last bus of the day, but once again, it never showed up. We called the company to inquire about the buses, but all we got was sent straight to voicemail every time.This company is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and do not waste your money on this company

    Complete scam overcharged then when I demanded a refund and didnt take their scam the refund has not been issued.Hopefully my cr card will return my money these guys should be arrested I was threatened and took a video of them verbally attacking me, confronting me up to my face yelling at me these guys are criminals and no cops around an absolute disgrace that theyve been allowed to do this preying on tourists

    Scam of a company!!! Hop on Hop off bus they claim. My family and I got off at the second stop and the bus never came back. We ended up walking to the sights in the pouring rain and subway back. I found the **** back at the beginning sitting in a stairwell smoking weed and watching ******** They were so high they could barely respond to me complaining about no bus coming all day!!! This was the worst experience! Never use this company.

    This company needs to be put out of business - closed down. Misrepresented everything from beginning to end. Charge more than I was told; paid cash and the employee walked away without giving me my change; was told we would be on the 11:00 ferry but the bus left for the pier shortly before that time; once at the pier, we were required to stand in the blazing sun with only Ill come get you when the boat arrives; 2 hours later, no boat, no explanation just an employee telling everyone to be patient! Eventually all passengers on our bus walked down the pier with no refunds, no explanation and no boat ride! Total scam - authorities should step in and stop this atrocity.

    This is the worst experience. They never picked us up for tour. When we called they said they would pick us by car, to stay at pick up location. We waited two hours Never showed, never picked up the phone again. It ruined our entire evening and vacation. Lost ******. Lied to us about everything. DON'T USE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!OR THIS COMPANY!!!

    Scammers. Criminals. They catch unaware people by the south ferry station and bus them to the Time square pier for an alleged boat tour around the statue of Liberty. They overcharge people and lie about everything.

    Rude violent staff and who the devil is the owner promoting such behavior . One of the drivers screamed at an elderly man who was Asian , and deaf ! I can to this nana defense immediately. Informed my hotel and they told me they have had so many complaints
