Very dependable -- I got an appointment right after calling, minutes after chipping my tooth. Great doctors and very knowledgeable staff Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I did have to wait an additional 15 minutes after I was scheduled.

For some background info. I attended this dental office as a new client because I broke my old retainer & wanted to get a new one asap However, in my few visits it became evident that this business is a scam! Let me explain what happened & why I believe nobody should go here During my 1st visit to this business they had me wait in the waiting room for 1 hr & 40 min after my scheduled appt time (they didn't apologize for the long wait) Immediately when I walked in the waiting room the lady at the front desk asked for my credit card. She told me I would be getting a ****** retainer (The retainer line by **********) and it was $500. She also told me it would take 2 weeks to get & that they needed to take a scan of my teeth & then send that scan to the ********** lab. She charged me before I even saw a dentist. I was in the waiting room when I saw the $500 charge on my chase app Then the dentist called days later. They asked me to come back because they needed to take another scan because the one they took during my 1st visit was "bad"However, when I came in the dentist told me he didn't need another scan because the 1st one was good. Instead, he told me he needed to get an impression of my teeth. Then he told me my new retainer would be ready tomorrow So, I came in again for the 3rd time The dentist then TRIED to force a THICK retainer on my teeth. I didn't fit, it wouldn't go past 1/2 of my front teeth. Plus, the material seemed weird, it was nothing like my last retainer. So I asked what material the retainer was. He said it was "made in house". So I said, "So it's not the same material as the lab retainer I payed for?" He then said it was the made out of the material they make mouth guards out of I told him I payed for a ******* retainer & that is what I wanted. He then promised me I will get the retainer I originally asked for.OVER 2 weeks goes by, I NEVER get the ******* retainer, so I ask for a ************* REFUSE to give me one !!!
