      On March 1st, I called *** Canada to inquired about their services as well as the length of the process before I decided to proceed with their services. I was told to get my evaluation done it should be around 7-35 business days. On March 7th I paid $310.75 CAD for their expedited service option. On March 22nd I called for a follow up in which I was told that I would need to contact the university and they would have to send them the required documents before they can start to which I said no problem. On April 9th I got confirmation from the university that the documents was sent to ***. I called *** on April 9th to confirm receipt in which they did and the *** said I should receive it in about ***** days. In May I called on 13th and 28 and I the response in which I received was my case has been escalated and I should receive some feedback within 48 hrs. I waited and no response. This document was due on June 7th so at this point I need it. I called again on June 4th, 5th, 14th and the 18th. The responses I have received has been useless as all the **** I interacted with said that there is nothing that they can do. Some of **** have been polite while others have been discourteous and arrogant and even hung up the phone serveral times. I even send emails to them in May and June in which I was given an automated response. At this point I am truly exhausted and frustrated and seeking any assistance in resolving the issue. Additionally, they are falsely advertising that documents will be presented in a specific time period and they are accepting money from persons in which they cannot fulfill in a timely manner. My reference # *******. Please help me! Thanks!

      I submitted my documents to be evaluated so that I can attend nursing school. This information was received by them on April 23, 2024. I requested and paid for expedited services (2 weeks) however it has passed 2 weeks and going on for months and now. I am being advised I will not get my documents credentialed in time. My school has now stated that they will deny my application because this information has not been received as yet. I need this to be handled ASAP meaning in 1 business day so that I can get the approval to attend school. This is time sensitive. Ref# *******

      Reference Number: ******* I paid for a document by document evaluation which their site claims has a 7 day turn around time from the time the documents are received by ***. They received all my documents on 5/21/2024 and to this day 6/12/2024 neither I nor my the school I requested that the evaluation be sent to has received the evaluation. I have tried reaching out by email, phone(hung up on three times) and I keep getting the same story that this is being escalated. I would Like this to be processe3d immediate or for me to be fully refunded as I am days away from my matriculation deadline for school.I need this to be done ASAP or please issue me a refund immediately. Each rep I've spoken to has given me a rubbish response. I need this done or my money back so that I can take my business elsewhere. This service costs me almost $200 USD and this level of service is absolute trash!

      *** reference Number: ******* My account status has remained unchanged since May 9, 2024. The customer service team is unhelpful and often rude, providing minimal information and merely escalating issues without any subsequent progress. My deadline for receiving the evaluation report was June 1, and now, on June 6, I still haven't received any updates. This lack of assistance is causing me significant mental distress, and I am going to lose an entire semester. The company advertises a 7-day turnaround for reports after verification, but they fail to specify the verification period. I regret not choosing another service provider. There is absolutely no way to contact *** departments. I have submitted all the required documents. The account doesnt show any update at all. Please help! I need reports delivery asap!

      I paid World Evaluation Services *** for evaluation of my transcripts and certificates on 23rd May 2024 and my account number is ******* and I still have not received the evaluation report. I have written them several queries through the customer query portal provided but there has been no response from them. Their website states that processing period for the transcripts is 7 business days but up until now the status on my account shows 'on hold'. I contacted my former schools and inquired if they had been contacted by *** for verification of my transcript and certificates and they both denied getting evaluation requests from ***. The deadline for the application submission to the institution where the evaluation report is needed is 15th June and am now racing time. Unfortunately *** is the only evaluation institution used by the institution as such am seriously stranded and don't know what to do for now. As a service provider I feel they need to be proactive and communicate on time in the event that there are challenges from their part. I really need this report or they refund my money.

      Hi My name is ************* and I am working at ************************, **, ***. I applied at World Education Services (***) for my PhD ****** evaluation required for some official work. My Reference number is *******. I applied on April 25th, 2024 and now it is May 31st, 2024. I paid a total os $128. Everything was done electronically, so no time was wasted in shipping the document from my side. In there website its written they do the evaluation in 5-6 business days. It's a LIE! It's been over a month and still the status is same. I contacted them several times on phone they are mostly unreachable due to long waiting time. Several times they disconnected the call after keeping me wait over ********************************************* this business. I know people using other companies and got it done in less than 15 days. I feel extremely frustrated and angry. It's an urgent official requirements that needs to be done asap. Please help in resolving this issue.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against World Education Services (***) regarding the delay in completing my 'Course-by-Course Evaluation (ICAP) - Initial Application' (Ref. No. *******). I submitted my application and all required documents on May 13, 2024, and the service was promised to be completed within 7 business days. However, as of today, the evaluation remains incomplete, far exceeding the promised timeframe. This delay is critically affecting my ability to meet impending application deadlines, potentially jeopardizing my academic and professional plans. Despite numerous attempts to contact *** via phone and formal portal, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. I urgently request BBB's assistance to ensure immediate completion and delivery of my evaluation, an explanation for the delay and lack of communication, and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused. Attached are copies of my application receipt, correspondence with ***, and other relevant documents for your reference. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SERVICE PAID FOR:On the 03/28/2024, I submitted a credential evaluation application to ***. ref number Reference# ******* They said the process will span 3-5 business days but I have not received my evaluation till date, 60 days after (5/29/2024). I have called customer ******************** multiple times and adviced them of my deadline which is past due but they seem clueless and unable to advice on the status of or when my application will be ready. Its so unfair that a company will collect money from people world over without delivering the service being paid for. Companies like this should be sanctioned and I am in the verge of filing legal action against *** as they have made me lost my admission spot for the year.
