WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES A SCAM I Wish there is an option to give NO STAR for them. After reading other people messages I feel I have been scammed too. Its been almost 2 months now and I never received any evaluation report nor any status has been updated. I have called couple of times and received the same answer, its in process and due to heavy workload, its taking delays. But no timeframe ever provided. REFUND MY AMOUNT

Ignores deadlines, website claims 7 business days to completion but commonly takes months past receiving the transcripts to update anything on your account about it. "Temporary delays" have been prominent for months, though they refuse to change their material to reflect this and leave prospecting students and applicants in the dark about these delays until after they've already gotten your money.

This is a complete BS organization. Please if you want to save your valuable time and job avoid them by any cost. One of the worst organization I ever experienced. Its been 9 months they are still processing my evaluation. I lost the potential job for them. You can not even talk to anybody.

I have had two european transcripts evaluated for U.S. institutions. The *** evaluation for my study aborad French language course did not include a grade or the numner of semester credits, despite the fact that the original French transcipt listed a grade and the number of contact hours. *** was not familiar enouggh with the French educational system to adequately evaluate the material they were provided. At a separate institution in *******, *** proved themselves confused and unable to correctly convert credit from the **** system to the standard U.S. semester system. Likewise the program in ******* is on a 5 point GPA system instead of the traditional 4 point GPA system in the U.S. *** again failed to correctly convert the grades. When educated about the errors in their reports, the *** resopnse was a computer generated email, unsighed by any live person. When I had these two transcripts evaluated by the *** (Education Credentials Evaluators), it was clear that *** over represented the semester credit hours and under represented the grades received. ***'s computer generated responses confirmed that there are no educators familiar with best academic practices working at ***, only a call center staffed by unknowledge employees.

I am experiencing the same issue as ********************. I am currently going through the evaluation process using the e-certificate files they promote. I submitted the application on April 17th and paid all fees.The reason I selected World Education Services (***.ORG) is that sending the e-certificate file via email can expedite the delivery process. However, it is not true and I should have conducted a search on the BBB beforehand, which I now deeply regret.The payment is required upfront, the work is consistently delayed, the process lacks clarity, and customer inquiries are met with frustratingly slow responses. The evaluation process is also closely tied to our employment concerns. This flawed process will only result in more individuals being negatively affected.I do not recommend ***.ORG as they are irresponsible and do not recognize how important their work is!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting for *** to complete my credential evaluation for over a month now. The status is still "in progress" since 3/26/24, I have tried to resolve the issue by contacting the document review department multiple times through email, phone and inquiries through their website, but their response has been very disappointing and frustrating. I paid $317 for this service and their promise as per their website is that an evaluation takes 8 business days. Its over a month now. Because of the delay, I have missed the deadlines for several schools that require the evaluation report. Their service is unprofessional and unethical. I would never recommend them to anyone else. With so many negative reviews over time, I highly doubt they care. We are beating a dead horse over here!!!!

Had a very unpleasant and fruitless experience with WES. They took much longer than the committed deadline, also sent me an email to pay an extra $50 because they supposedly did not get a response from my school confirming my transcript they received. when i wrote them through their customer service they updated that they mailed me my report the next day. After a a couple of months they ' emailed me that my report was returned to WES' and is asking me to pay shipping fee for them to resend my report to me. Calls made to the customer services were answered by someone that kept telling me I have no other option than to pay the fee.... my question to WES is ' if you mailed the report through "Canada post" as you said, why did they not give reasons for failed delivery to my address? since the fault is from Canada post as you said, they should be able to re-deliver it because its already paid for or they refund you but the robot customer said he has no idea of the mailing process and can not help me any further.. moreover, in all my years living here, i have never heard a post office return mail without reasons ( as WES claimed) unless they did not mail my report or Canada post is inefficient ...

This company is out for your money and does not provide any timeline. Even though I did not request an evaluation to be shipped to myself, they charged me the shipping fee for sending it to myself.I sent the evaluation over 3 weeks ago without receiving it. They advertise a 7-8 day processing time. They said they'd send email updates when documents were received and did not. I do not know anything about the status of my application except an update that was provided 2 weeks ago that "Documents have been received."They also promote another 3rd party business "to get the evaluation done faster" without any price points or timelines.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with *** (World Education Services). I'm usually not one to leave scathing reviews, but the level of incompetence and disregard for their own stated policies has left me no choice but to warn others.Their website proudly boasts that a course by course evaluation will be completed within a maximum of 8 days. Well, it's been 19 days since my university sent them my transcript in English, and my status is still pending.After waiting patiently for over a week past the promised timeframe, I finally decided to reach out for an update. It took several days just to receive a response, and when I did, it was a generic email stating that my request had been forwarded to another department. Seriously? That's the best they can do?Today, I received yet another email, simply stating that they needed more time and advising me to check my account on their website for updates. No apology for the delay, no explanation as to why my evaluation is taking nearly three times as long as promised. It's beyond frustrating.What's even more infuriating is that this isn't their first encounter with this degree from my school. They've evaluated this degrees from my university before without any issues. So, why the sudden incompetence? What is new that warrants the delay? My guess is that their delay is all on them and has nothing to do with needing to do "additional research",As a customer, I feel completely powerless. There's no recourse for their blatant disregard of their own policies and customer service standards.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ***. Save yourself the headache and frustration. There are plenty of other reputable evaluation services out there.

The most horrible, unprofessional company. It is really sad that they are still accepted by some Universities, it must change , they are not trust worthy!!
