      On October 14, I submitted an application for credential evaluation to WES. I need to submit the evaluation results to two institutions; however, the processing time at WES has been too long, causing me to miss a job opportunity, and the evaluation results have still not been issued. I did not expect that the evaluation would take nearly two months to complete, and I have not seen any other credential evaluation services that require such a long processing time. Their delay has resulted in a significant loss of a valuable opportunity. The other institution I need to submit the evaluation to is a law school, but I discovered that WES is not listed among the CREDENTIAL EVALUATION SERVICES recognized by the State Bar of California. I have tried to contact WES multiple times, but no one answers the phone. I could not find an email address on their website, and when I sent an email to their "info" email, the reply I received was: "Please note that this email address is not monitored," and there has been no response to my inquiry. After further research, I found a very hidden way to leave a message on their help page, requesting the cancellation of my evaluation, but still, there has been no response. I suspect they will ignore my request and provide me with a report that is no longer useful. Is there no department that can take action? Is there any way to recover my money?

      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against World Education Services (***) regarding their failure to meet agreed deadlines and their lack of responsiveness to my communications. I engaged *** for credential evaluation on may 3rd 2023. According to the terms outlined, *** was to complete this service by 35 days after . However, as of today, the service remains incomplete, and *** has not adhered to the promised timeline. Furthermore, I have made numerous attempts to contact *** via email and phone since may 5th ********************************************************* resolution. The lack of communication and failure to meet deadlines have caused significant inconvenience and disruption. Given these issues, I request the Better Business Bureaus assistance in resolving this matter. I seek a prompt resolution, which includes the completion of the service as initially agreed upon or a full refund of the fees paid. Please let me know if any further information is required to expedite this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      My husband submitted his application for evaluation on the 9th of May 2024 and it is now October 22, 2024 and he still has not received his evaluation. We have spoken to many customer service representatives and Supervisors all to no avail. We given misinformation left and right with no place to file a grievance or complaint. Over $300 has been spent with nothing to show for it. We are constantly told to be patient, but nothing is being done.

      I sent them my bachelor's degree 2 times by mail in sealed envelopes, the tracking number indicates that they received them, my case was put "In Progress" for 4 months, and then they sent me an email that they didn't receive my Bachelor degree!!! They lost my certificates 2 times and wasted my time, I lost the college application and many job opportunities. **************** is useless. I will never forget this awful experience and I will sue them.

      After creating an account in March, including submitting payment, and getting my documents sent from my University, by June my status was updated to say Documents being reviewed. By August I began calling and submitting on line request for information on what was taking so long. The customer service representatives are unable to give any answers on status other that what is already shown online and mostly direct to the online contact form. I was told twice that my case was being escalated. On 09/09 I received an email from customer service saying that my documents had been received and there were delays due to a large volume of applications. On 10/02 my status has been updated to inactive and if I wish to continue I will have to pay a re activation fee. When I called customer service they were unable to give me a reason why my application was not processed, they were unable to request that my application be reactivated with out a fee and told me that if I want to cancel my application, I am no longer eligible for a refund now that I have been inactivated. I have tried to provide all the documents required and to communicate with this company throughout this process but they make it very difficult. How can this company take my money, provide no service, no explanation of why not and expect me to either pay more money or walk away! *** REF *******

      This is business is a joke. paid almost $300 for a transcript evaluation was said it will take seven days for the evaluation here am i almost one month now and my application is still on hold. have spoken with over six representative but having the same problem. some representative have even hang up on me. i have uploaded my document over six time on my account but they say they don't receive it when i asked for an alternative way to do it they say the is no alternative way. Got contacted by ***** ******* head of production but nothing was done till date.

      I could only echo what other reviewers have said. It's been a huge, very expensive disappointment. I trusted them and it might cost me a scholarship on top of already hefty fees. They also charge $33 for extra copies and $12 for shipping, even if they do not actually print extra copies and do not mail them out. You aren't notified about it, on the account page it will still show " standard shipping" even if Your copies came in mail but school got them electronically. Which is also funny cause my school didn't get them. I honestly despise them because it feels predatory. As if their attitude is " no matter how badly we treat our customers, they still need it and they'll pay a lot of money".

      The service *** is providing quite frustrating, because I have submitted my documents on 11th or April and now its august 28 and still its not evaluated and I have contacted them many times via calls and emails and the there customer care system is really bad, really f****** bad.And now after too much waiting they send me an email that your documents are in the process and your estimated date of evaluation is 14 August 2024, and even to this date its been 15 days and they are not processing my documents.Because of them I have missed the whole intake and they have wasted too much time.

      I am an international student and I was trying to move from one university to another inside *****************. My application to the new university request an evaluated transcripts for my undergrade school which is outside the ** clearly. So, it started an application at *** and paid over 200$ to get the evaluation. I am waiting for more than 2 weeks to get my evaluation done now! I do not know what to do to expedite my process. I was trying to move to the new university for the following semester which is going to start next week and I still did not receive my evaluation.

      i am extremely disappointed with their services. First of all, they made a mistake by not reading my transcript correctly and asking me to resubmit information. I'm not sure how they have the credibility to evaluate transcripts. This not only cost me money, but I have passed my deadline for application and not able to pursue my graduate studies. I've called multiple times, used online chat features, spoke to a supervisor, but to no resolution. I've spend a few hundred dollars which is not my concern, but I have missed an excellent opportunity to pursue my education.
