Fever has no customer skills, ignoring your issues and answering questions you did not ask. Then dusting their hands off and calling it good. They sold me two tickets to Bubble Planet for an event at 11:30AM for April 18th 2025 on Mar 10 2025. The ***** BEFORE the event they CANCELLED my tickets and informed me by email that they had cancelled the tickets. We awoke on 18 April to cancelled tickets on the app. We were already staying overnight in the city to attend the event!The email listed no reason for cancelling our tickets which left us feeling as though any ticket we tried to use in future could be whimsically and capriciously cancelled as well. They had listed no refund just a new voucher WHICH THEY SAID WOULD INCUR NO REBOOKING FEE. After being roughly dismissed by the person on the chat who answered no questions and then called it good by hanging up, I went to the website to email them. They returned an answer that they had sold us a bogus timeframe. The event didnt open until later in the day. So basically they were guilty of fraud. You cant sell tickets to an event that doesnt existbut HEY heres a voucher for you! Redeem it on our site! When we try to redeem the voucher for the same event on Sunday April 20th at 6:30PM they attached A REBOOKING FEE. After saying they wouldnt. On a voucher they gave as compensation for selling us a fraudulent event in the first place. When I inquired about THIS they then sent me an email saying that they would cancel the tickets I had just used the voucher on, they then listed that ticket number as cancelled and then said the money would take ten days to post. When I checked the tickets later they had NOT been cancelled at all! We had made different plans by then based on Fevers email that they cancelled the tickets. Many emails later where they denied much of what I have printed here, they got our money and we got nothing but confusion and headache.Fever

This company is NOT client-friendly. I purchased tickets to see the Titanic Experience as a girls' weekend event at least 2 months before the event in ***********. We had a last-minute health emergency, and I tried to get a rescheduled date to see the event.The company would not reschedule, and there is no reason for this. The event venue is huge, and a friend went to the event the day before and it was supposedly sold out, but there were only a few people there.I contacted the company as soon as I found out about our emergency. They would not give me a phone number to talk to anyone and would not budge on rescheduling. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND. We want to go to the event, but do not want to pay for tickets again. This is my second problem with the FEVER ENTERTAINMENT Company. When I went to ***** last year, I wanted to add one more to our party at the day of entrance and they said it was company policy not to add to party reservations, so our extra person could not go in, or even purchase a single ticket.Fever

Customer Servicenon existent! I bought my ticket in advance for the Titanic exhibit, my entrance time being 1:00. Given conflicts in my schedule I had to change my date in advance of the date I actually went. Given the cost of my original ticket, plus the date change, my ticket price exceeded $40.00. I arrived at the exhibit in advance of my 1:00 entry slot. I had made another appointment on the same day for 4:00pm. Upon entering the exhibit, the line to enter the exhibit was shockingly long! It was instantly clear I would not enter the exhibit until 2:30 or 3:00. Why sell a ticket for a 1:00 time slot if one actually enters one to two hours later?? As I had a 4:00 appointment, I knew I was unable to wait to see the exhibit. I decided to reschedule. Impossible to reschedule with the box office at the exhibit, I was told the ONLY way to request another date was online. I then went online to request another date. The response was quick. As it was the day of the event I was ineligible for a new date, or a refund. I was told this was in the fine print. Through back and forth emails, I explained I simply wanted another date, not a refund. Again, I was told no new date was possible as this was against their policy. I highly recommend that Fever reviews their policy. Instead of seeing an exhibit I had been eagerly anticipating, I am left with deep distaste for a company that clearly does not have a policy of effective ***************** Not to mention my lost $40.00. How difficult would it have been to move my date??? The exhibit will be in town almost two more months. Instead of graciously accommodating my request, Fever has now lost me as a customer. If any event is being promoted by Fever, it will be immediately ignored. Working to accommodate customers with reasonable requests is a hallmark of businesses that value their clientele. As was loudly demonstrated, as a customer of **********************, my business simply was unimportant. Hence my One Star rating.Fever

Bought 4 VIP tix which supposedly includes bonuses we didn't receive. False advertising. I went in circles with their horrible customer support staff. They kept sending automated responses not addressing my concerns. Then a human finally responded and only said "you were lucky to get in". WHAT?! Terrible treatment. Will never use them again. I am spreading the word to everyone I know who goes to live entertainment. It's unfortunate for the venue and performers because the show itself was good. FEVER *****.Fever

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM The website clearly states that ticket changes are available up to 48 hours in advance. I caught a really bad flu and cannot make the showtime. I emailed them letting them know I was on my way to the hospital and needed to change the date to next weekend. They repeatedly refused staying that they do not offer refunds under any condition. I NEVER asked for a refund. I own 4 businesses. It's incredibly unfortunate that businesses do not understand the importance of customer service. Customers are the ONLY reason you have a business. I have no control over getting the flu. For you to not honor the statement on your website is a severe grievance to your customers. I bought these tickets as a *********** gift to my daughter and son in law and they turned this experience into a nightmare.Fever

I accidentally bought two Candlelight tickets for the wrong date, but I quickly reached out to customer support. They responded right away and fixed the issue without any hassle. The experience was amazing, and the service was excellent. Ill definitely book again!Fever

I went to buy 1 ticket online there was a glitch and i was charged for 4 tix. bought two tickets for Adele ********** After contacting fever on numerous attempts they finally said they would refund me. Eagerly i purchased another single ticket as i didnt want it to be sold out. I find out they only refunded 3 tix tried to get my $41.80 back they wont give it. It wasnt even used they can see that from the bar code. They wont even give me a credit for future use. Terrible customer service ********** do you take an honest person's money and not give back?Fever

$140 wasted They sold me a ticket that I can't attend. I asked for to a date exchange, and they would only process the request through their app, only for an exchange voucher. The voucher is only valid for 2 months at the same event, which does have any other options. So I can't use it at all & I have no options to get my money back.Also, since the voucher cancels the ticket, they're essentially double selling the same seats.Fever
