1 starwould like to report a scam involving a third-party ticket vendor called Headout, which I experienced in ******, *********We initially booked tickets for *************** and ******************* through what we thought was an official site but were instead routed to Headout. They charged us 165 euros for visiting, transfer included. The driver never showed up. When we called him he was extremely rude and accused us of lying! To make matters worse, when we arrived at ******************* by ourselves, we were informed that we didn't have proper tickets, they were no valid.,The entire experience was highly stressful and cost a fortune. When it came to claiming refund from Headout they claimed to be experiencing technical issues and said they would get back to us. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never did. We were unable to visit *************** due to the timing and ticketing issues, which caused significant stress. They also claimed that their fake barcodes would let you in the venue, but that is just a cover of pretending to be an legitimate company.I highly recommend against using Headout. They operate as a legitimate service but are essentially scamming customers.I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and to recover the money. I will be filing an extensive *** report against this company with the emails and ticket screen shots I have. Hopefully there will be an investigation of this scam company pretending to be real.Review fromDon D

1 starHeadout is the absolute WORST tour company I've ever dealt with in more than 30 years of international travel. We were schedule for a small group tour of ***********/***************** Changing of the Guard. The tour was to start at 9. We arrived at 8:50, but were unable to find the tour group. At 9:05 I called the customer service number and was told that it was too late for the tour and they could not contact the guide. I was also told that it was my fault for not finding the tour guide, even if they weren't holding a sign or anything indicating that they were a guide. I asked to either be transferred to a different tour or to get a refund and was told very rudely that would not happen. Missing the tour was my fault and the company would take no responsibility. I asked to speak with a supervisor and again was told rudely that no one would assist me. By the end of the conversation I was in tears. When I disputed the charge, the company AGAIN refused to grant a refund. I was charged more than $350 dollars for a tour that I didn't take because I couldn't find their tour guide at the location. Terrible way to handle customers - stay clear of this company. If I could give a rating less than 1 star I would.Review fromMarjorie O

1 starThis organization collected $216.17 on 4/10 from me for a 4/30 performance at ***************************, ******. Despite numerous telephone conversations, texts, emails, documentation from my bank that the charge was made, they have yet to supply me with my tickets (which I prefer) or to refund my money. This is a total rip off and is putting a major damper on my upcoming trip to ******. I wish I could figure out a way to force them to send my tickets or issue a refund but all they do it say it is not their responsibility. 1 starI should have done more research and not book my ************ with ******* access guided tour with Headout. After having our group of 20 people reach the ticket line (this took 1 hour of waiting in line with the guide) they then informed us that the ******* access which we paid extra for was not available. They gave us a QR code to request refund - which was a scam. Still waiting for my refund. Guide was not a licensed guide and did not want to show her license. I booked the tour for 2pm thinking we would be meeting and starting the tour at 2pm. But instead, we all went to line up at the ticket line and the "guide" read off her ipad facts about the ************ while we were travelling the line to the ticket booth - I could have done this myself without paying a fortune to Headout. They are not transparent and are taking advantage of tourists. Book with Viator or The Tour Guy. Avoid Getting scammed.Review fromErin P

1 starWe purchased tickets through Headout for entry to the ************* in *****. The reservation was never booked with the Louvre and we never received the tickets electronically. We later successfully purchased tickets online directly from the museum and reported this as a fraudulent charge to our credit card company. 1 starThe portion that was fulfilled (heli tour) was great but we had no entry tickets for the canyon or skywalk and had to pay $164 onsite AFTER paying headput for those tickets. I've submitted a request for a refund but have not heard from anyone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HEAD OUT. It would have been better to just book directly with the vendors.Review fromMarisa B

1 starI was abroad and ordered tickets with this company. When I tried to call to speak to a representative due to issues with my tickets, there was no answer for 24 hours. When I sent an email, there was no response. This company will scam you out of your money. The tickets did not work on the day we wanted to use them and the company made no attempt to resolve. 1 starI would like to report a scam involving a third-party ticket vendor called Headout, which I experienced in ******, *********We initially booked tickets for *************** and ******************* through what we thought was an official site but were instead routed to Headout. They charged us 100 euros for a joint ticket, which we later discovered should have cost around 60 euros if purchased directly from the venues (each ticket is approximately 15 euros).To make matters worse, when we arrived at *******************, we were informed that they do not work with Headout. We were forced to use Headouts app, which was malfunctioning and failed to generate the proper tickets. Eventually, we managed to generate tickets for *******************, but the entire experience was highly stressful.Additionally, the designated times for visiting the attractions were strict, and Headout did not allow us to choose any times. We were left with an unrealistic schedule, attempting to visit both sites within a limited timeframe.When it came to generating the tickets for ***************, Headout claimed to be experiencing technical issues and said they would get back to us. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never did. We were unable to visit *************** due to the timing and ticketing issues, which caused significant stress. 1 starThe site somehow populates seamlessly when you started on a different site and their ticket prices are twice that of the venue. ******. They have a non cancellation policy but their seats full refund if youre not satisfied.
