Sold tickets through their site. They said they tried to pay me and to correct checking information. Information was correct. I reentered everything again and I still havent received payment. This is over $2000 of my money they owe me. They should not be in business if they cant complete the process of paying people. I just want me money.

Our original payout attempt on 7/21/21 failed as the payment information was incorrect.  The information was subsequently updated and the customer received payment on 8/11/21.  This issue has been resolved.

Bought 4 tickets on Feb 22, 2020 for DMB concert in ******* which occurred Aug 7, 2021 (was delayed twice due to Covid-19). Received email from ***** on Aug 5, 2021 that package was undeliverable and sent back. ***** said there was nothing they could do since the package was in transit. TickPick was not taking phone calls so I emailed and they offered replacement tickets at no extra charge. I confirmed via email that I would accept the offer and asked how to acquire the new tickets. I received no response (emailed 4 times). Received call from TickPick 7 hours before concert saying they could not offer those tickets. They claimed that the address I provided was invalid so they were not at fault. I confirmed that the address entered was valid. They refused to offer new tickets or a full refund. The total cost was $838.99 and they refunded $106.00 because they felt bad. We spent $200 for "cheap" tix at venue. Would like remaining refund at the very least.

I had tickets to a ******************* concert for March 2020 when COVID hit. I did not feel comfortable going in March 2020 and so I offered the tickets up for sale on ************. I was told if I posted them, that I was responsible for making any changes to the tickets if necessary and that ************ does not change/alter ticket sale postings. When the date came, they rescheduled the concert due to COVID. It was eventually rescheduled until November of 2021. Much to my dismay, I received a "your tickets have been sold" in December of 2020 after I was assured that the listing would be removed once the date passed that I had listed them for. When I called TickPick and emailed them with concerns, they threatened me with exorbitant fees and credit issues and changed deadlines to make them sooner to force me into giving my tickets up to the individual that had purchased them through TickPick. They will not pay until 1 month after concert, so it will be over a year that I am out of the $

      Business response

      08/28/2021

Listings for rescheduled events are not automatically removed, as tickets for an original event date are valid for rescheduled event dates.  Per the terms of the listing agreement we have with our sellers: If your tickets have sold but you cannot fulfill the order or there was a problem with fulfillment, TickPick may charge your payment method an amount equal to 200% of the price of the ticket(s) sold to compensate us for the losses we incur to meet our obligations under the BuyerTrust Guarantee. TickPick reserves the right in its sole discretion to charge your payment method the full amount of the replacement costs TickPick incurs under the BuyerTrust Guarantee. As part of the listing agreement we have with our sellers, TickPick will pay sellers up to 14 days after an event has taken place in order to ensure there were no issues for the buyer.  While we understand the inconvenience caused by the postponement of the event, we cannot modify this policy as we still need to protect the buyer.

I purchased a ********** ticket on June 30th 2021 for the August 6th game against the ************ but due to the Delta Variant, the event might get cancelled because of the spread. I only spent $42 but I do not know how things are going to be at ********** and it could be anything. I do not know anyone living in ********* to go with and this was one of those getaway trips I have planned but since of what has been going on in LA, ********* would probably get worse. The nature of dispute is to sell the ticket but I do not know how I can make an offer by using those social media outlets. This company did not resolve the problem and I do want my money go back to my debit card, so I can use to buy essentials for the household. I would not know how things are going to turn out but I want to be better safe than sorry. The order number of the ticket purchase is ********* and please help me with the return process. Thank you!

This event took place on 8/6 as scheduled, and the tickets were valid for the event. As a secondary marketplace bringing buyers and sellers together, we are only able to provide refunds for cancelled events, as we must uphold our agreements with both buyer and seller.

I bought tickets to a ******* Tigers game for 31 July 2021. As soon as I purchased them for $95 a ticket in section 122 row 15, I was directed to download *** Ballpark app to acquire them. When I did, not only did I notice that the face value was $69, but within the ballpark app, I found seats available directly from the app for a row closer (Section 122, Row 14) for $75. This site offers a best price guarantee, as long as I show the better price. I sent in the screenshot but it was rejected since it wasnt the same row and was over a 30 min cutoff (you cant show a screen of the same tickets if i own them, so they make it impossible to achieve dispute, smart??). But I bought the tickets at 1:40pm and relisted them at 2:09pm after I found better seats directly from ballpark for $75 a ticket. I was ripped of $20 per ticket and then lost 15% on top to resell on tickpick. They scam people with excess park tickets and ************** from customer service only helped by rejecting complaint.

      Business response

      08/20/2021

TickPick does not control the ticket prices on our site as we are a secondary marketplace bringing buyers and sellers together. Listings can be more or less than face value of the tickets, but supply and demand will play a large factor in dictating prices on the secondary market. Secondly, the BestPrice Guarantee claim was rejected as it did not meet multiple requirements: 1) The lower price found must be for the same section, row, and quantity that was purchased on TickPick 2) The lower price found must be time stamped within 30 minutes of the purchase with TickPick.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I both called their customer service and emailed them pictures of the similar tickets I had found at a cheaper rate than they offered, that picture was the same amount of tickets in the same row (they are not respecting their best price gurantee).  The issue is the fact the tickets were cheaper directly from the ballpark.  I suspect Tickpick acquires their own tickets directly from ballparks and sells them for a marked up price, creating their own secondary market for customers unaware of the cheaper price available directly from the venue.  In the least, I requested a credit in the amount of the 15% I was charged to relist the same tickets I bought from them, since they already took 15% from whoever I bought them from.  Its a fair request to get my 15% back from selling them and they can keep the 15% they made from my purchase of the same tickets.  IF there is no credit, there is no customer service, only a disrespectful company I will both never buy from again and will make others aware of the poor business practices.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have read the business's response, but it is not accurate as the similar seats were in the area they required and I found the timestamp on the email was actually only 23 mins between purchase and sent email time.  I had met their requirement.  I was only requesting a refund in the difference of cost I lost due to having to pay them a fee to Re-sell the tickets on their own site since I found them cheaper direct from the ballpark.  This amount was only about $40, and I was not asking them to give me the guarantee bestprice policy which is a higher amount.  It is clear they have no intention on applying any customer service or even reading that I was only requesting a portion of what they obligate to recover the money I lost using their site.

No proof was ever provided by the customer of the lower priced seats.  In addition, the customers initial outreach came 39 minutes after the purchase.  As previously mentioned, the claim was denied for not meeting multiple requirements.  We have no additional information to provide regarding this matter.
