1 starTerrible Customer Service!I placed an order, and the package got stuck at the post office. Eventually, the postal service lost it. I reached out to Michael Kors customer support, expecting some help, but got nothing. They told me to wait 30 days or moreis this a joke? How much longer exactly? And wait for what?I want either my order or my money back, not vague responses and endless waiting. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. 1 starWorst company him have ever dealt with. They hang up on you, promise a call back and never do. They do NOT stand by their products and warranties. Currently have a month old purse falling apart and I will NEVER purchase a purse from Michael kors again.Review fromLisa W

1 starI dont recommend michael kors at *************************************. The associates are rude and they are no help the system charged my card twice and they said they couldn't do anything. I contacted my bank and made a dispute and my bank never got any response back. I got letters from my bank saying the company didn't respond. I contacted customer service they have all the information from December but I get emails but no help on the solution!! They told I should be going through the store and i tried and they didn't help. So someone can't take accountability for **** company s**** up which shows incompetence through the company. Sounds like they are scamming people on purpose to stay open! I'm not the only one who has gotten screwed over and they didn't get any help either!! They delete comments off ******** so other people can't be aware of how the company is!! More hassle then enjoying a new bag so I'll shop at COACH not michael kors again. They scam customers.Review fromColleen M

1 starCorporate run company without a corporate return policy. I had a gift that someone purchased in a Florida store (not an outer store) and I tried to return to a store near me in ************** (again not an outlet store) and they would not issue a gift card for the return with original receipt. Basically I have to fly to ******* to return to original store. Corporate help line said they have different return policies than corporate stores and they couldnt force the store to accept the never used item as a return again, with the receipt!!! Terrible policies and I will not purchase and will continue to spread the word about their poor customer service.Review fromTrae D

1 starI WILL NEVER BUY FROM MICHAEL KORS AGAIN!!!! Heres why: I wanted to get some cute bags for my significant other for Christmas. Since Id purchased from their site before, I logged into my account to make checkout easier. Everything seemed fine, and I placed the orderor so I thought. Two days after receiving the confirmation email, I got another email saying my order was canceled due to a billing address error. After a few days, the money was back in my account, so I double-checked the address and reordered. This time, ***** Pay showed success, but the website said payment error. The money left my account, but no order processed. I called customer service and struggled to understand the ***. **** using the phonetic alphabet didnt help. She said it was a billing address error and hung up. I re-verified my info and tried again with a debit card. The same thing happened, leaving over $1,000 in limbo because of pending charges and no order. I called CS again; the second *** was nicer but still couldnt fix it. I had to wait for the money to return before trying again, meaning my significant other settled for other gifts. To make it worse, I called to order after Christmas and missed the sale. The *** couldnt honor the promo price, even though he confirmed Id tried during the sale. It was only $30 more, but it added to the frustration. 1 starJust after one year the zipper broke and I was shocked to learn there was no warranty. I took it around to local repair shops and no one was able to provide a zipper and I was going to have to get Michael Koris to repair or recommend someone that does their zippers.I called and they were not willing or able to do the repair and could not provide the name of a business that could. Did not care at ****** I have a $400.00 handbag that is in great shape .except for a unrepairable zipper that has to be trashed.Shame on Michael Korrs. Buy from *********. 1 starNEVER order anything from the website. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I ordered a pocket book with a red stripe. It was on the website as a red stripe, went into the cart as a red stripe, and I received a confirmation email with a red stripe. When I received it it had a blue stripe. I called and was told I would have to sent it back, get reimbursed and then order it again- but not at the sale price I ordered it at. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I called back and was told they would not transfer me to a manager- but one would call me back (yet they did not have my phone number), but once I got my refund they would make sure to help me out if I called their extension... what a surprise they don't have extensions they answer. I emailed customer service and was told I need to send a PDF (because they did not understand a red stripe)... 9 emails later, they said the item number was wrong, that I should have reviewed the item number. Who does this, as a customer that is my job to check their item numbers?! While everyone kept apologizing, not one person offered to fix the situation. I never received a call back from a manager. 1 starI purchased a number of bags for the holidays. There was a 25% off coupon that you were able to apply on top of the sale so when I called, the representative shared that there was nothing she can do so I asked for a supervisor. I waited on hold for a long time to only be told that one was not available and would call me up to 48 hours later. I informed the employee that I would rather wait since the coupon was in effect that day. The employee reassured me that there wouldn't be an issue when she calls me because she wrote that there was a 25% off coupon available at the time of my call and that the supervisor would be able to ***** it if she/or he does. Fast forward- supervisor calls me and twlls me that the sale price is only about $2 more than what I paid the day she calle me. I told her that I was referring to the 25% off coupon that was in effect the day I called and was told she cannot honor that because that was foe that day. She contradicted what the representative told me. I told her it was not my fault that a supervisor was unavailable and I had to wait days for a callback when the coupon was no longer active. I also shared that what the representative informed me, that she wrote the information regarding the coupon in the notes and not to worry. She only issued a little over $4 bucks for both bags. Highly dissapointed and completely dissatisfied. On top of that, she waited to call me on the evening of the last day I can return the bags. You just lost a valued customer due to very poor customer service. Highly dissapointed as my husband and I have only purchased MK.Review fromSusan C

2 stars? Date of purchase: AUGUST ******* I received the gym shoe on August 16, 2004 and worn them three times. The side of the gym shoe is bubbling on both sides. When on reached out to MK's on September 29, 2024, I was told that 30 days have exceeded. I feel though they could have honored some sort of coupons. I've purchased shoes in the pass but never experience this situation on-line. Disappointment Customer :-(
