    I was under the impression my energy costs would be less as described when I signed up for this service. Instead, this electricity usage is being charged on top of electricity I'm already paying for. I have written the company several times stating I want to cancel and have received no response. I have no intention of keeping this service.They also offered me a gift card for signup which I never received.Please help me cancel this service.

    Syncarpha or also called Solargardens is an unethical company. I would give it a zero star rating if possible. I was told I would be charged the same rate as my electric company with a 10% discount. I was also told Not to pay National Grid as they took my account information! I called National Grid concerning this my Bill is Now $900 of which Im solely responsible for, mean while this fraudulent company is also taking payments from me! Why would I in my right mind pay to separate companies for electricity!!! What savings Im now paying TWO bills!! SCAMMERS! Also this company came to my Home I did not go searching for them!

    Syncarpha or also called Solargardens is a unethical company. I would give it a zero star rating if possible. I was told I would be charged the same rate as my electric company with a 10% discount. I have had 5 months of bills that are significantly more than my bills with other provider. When I asked the representative why it was higher he just said it uses a different meter. When signing up I was told I could cancel the services immediately. When I tried to cancelled I was told it could it could take up to 6 months, for which they blamed my other provider. I was told from my other provider this was not true that they just needed a change order from Syncarpha. I have called several times. Last time they said the cancellation would be sent in the next week. Three weeks later my provider has not received it. There is never anyone who answers the phone, and they only sometimes call you back. When you do speak with someone they are not truthful. I would recommend never doing business with this shady company!

    Zero stars - same comments as those below. They have ILLEGALLY charged my credit card - NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION. The contract they claim I signed at the bottom says - digital signature. I signed nothing. AND, my initial conversation with some guy in **** *** **** was 3 years ago. They followed up trying to get more information from me which I would not give to them. Now, three years later, I was charged $1200 out of the blue on my credit card which I never gave to them. Apparently I can only talk to **************** who handles their customer service - no wonder they have panned that off. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY which should shut this company down.

    I got a charge on my credit card from Syncarpha. I have never heard of this company. I found them online and called 6 days in a row asking for someone to contact me with no response. I emailed them, no response. I canceled my credit card reported the fraudulent charge. The next month my new credit card was charged once again I called, I canceled my credit card, I emailed with no response. This is the third charge from this company on my new card that I have to cancel. How is this happening. It causes a huge inconvenience to have my credit card constantly changed. I have called the company continue to email with no response. I am about to take legal action
