    I've asked them at least 10 times to cease all communication with me and I have reiterated each time that I do not have an account or any business with them. They will not stop spamming my email. I keep getting email after email and I am sick and tired of requesting them to stop.

    In February 2022, I reached out to Ellevest, asking them to close my account. They told me they could not close an account with funds in it and asked me to withdraw my funds, which i did. On June 4th 2024, I reached out to Ellevest requesting to close my account and for a refund for the $54 they withdrew from my account because I had asked them to close it over two years ago.On June 14, I received an email from representative ********* stating that my refund had been processed and that it would show up in my account in 1-3 business days. ********* also reported that my account had officially been closed. On June 24, I received an email from Representative ******* stating that my refund had been processed and would show up in my account in 1-3 business days. However, when I opened my bank account, I found that they had charged me an additional $78 on June 24th and I had not been refunded for the initial withdrawal or the withdrawal on the 24th. My account was supposedly closed on the 14th so I'm uncertain how I could possibly be charged again 10 days later.I've been emailing back and forth with support, but they are asking me to prove that I had both withdrawals. I did provide a picture of the withdrawals in my bank account, but I don't understand why they needed proof it they were the people who withdrew money - it should be in their system. I've attached the screenshot of the emails.

    I invested with a bank called ELLEVEST. When I closed my account and tried to cash out my *************** via proper paperwork which they confirmed was completed they never sent the funds. I cannot reach them by phone nor email. NO response

    I wanted to close my account with ********************** and the requirement was simple enough: withdraw all money and cancel any upcoming transfers into the ** account. Fair enough. However, about 6 days after requesting my withdrawal money from my account, I haven't seen anything yet but got an email saying that I had successfully withdrew my money. I checked my bank account and nothing was there. I tried reaching out and they told me that I had the money to which I responded with screenshots directly from my bank proving otherwise that I had not received the money. After that I received no email response or any word at all from customer support at all. I have yet to receive my money from the transaction and am preparing to fight like crazy to get all of my savings back from them.

    I was charged $97 for a membership fee after I withdrew all of my money from Ellevest. I reached out via email and they took over a week to respond back. Im currently out of work so every ***** is critical to me. I was completely unaware of this charge coming through. They responded they emailed last year me that their fees were increasing and then on 3/31 that they emailed me again notifying me I would be charged. Firstly, the title of the email is extremely deceptive - it looks like an advertisement or anniversary announcement for their company Celebrating another year with Ellevest. This is very deceptive. It should read Important Message about your account or something to that effect. Only after the 2nd paragraphed does it say you will be charged and no amount.

    I canceled my membership with Ellevest in June 2022 they are still taking money out of my account. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone! Wish I never signed up with this scam company just taking money after a cancellation was put in place!

    I have been trying to shut down my Ellevest account for over a week and have no option to do it on web. I have tried to contact customer service in two ways (email and by a Zendesk ticket) and have gotten no response.

    3/9/2024 I created an account with ************************* account was locked for security purposes right after I linked my bank account information.On 3/12/2024, even though my account was locked, the company Ellevest withdraw $130 dollars from my bank account.After many attempts to contact them via email x2 and by phone leaving up to x3 voicemails, the company never reached back to me.This company is a fraud and a scam.Not being able to access my online wealth account, I have to place this claim with BBB.Thank you *****************

    Ellevest just charged me $129.00 today 2/15/24 when I cancelled my account in 2021. I wish I never signed up with them in the first place. Who does this?

    First, Ellevest blocked deposits into my account, and told me that my bank had barred the transaction. When my bank informed me there was no attempted transaction, I tried daily for over a week at various times within their operating hours, and wasn't even given the opportunity to wait for a representative, the call was just ended each time. Finally I was informed that they had lied and there was no issue with my bank, but rather a simple administrative request for my nationality that they never asked me for. Given how difficult it was to get information about even depositing my money, I quickly realized I did not want to do further business with them, so I withdrew my money (which took longer than their standard timeframe again with no information or response from customer service). I am now trying to cancel my account, but the provided link only allows an option to upgrade my account. I simply want to be able to cancel my account without spending hours trying to reach a clearly un-manned phone line.
