I learned I was getting funds from a class action settlement thru Tremendous. I elected to receive the funds via ACH. When read the reviews on here, I freaked out. I emailed Tremendous and received a prompt, professional response. I also received the funds quickly with no issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Trremendous.Tremendous, LLC

I received a gift card for participating in surveys I completed. I was sent the card by rewards at .tremendous.com . I attempted to redeem the card at ****** and they advised the claim number on the card was already redeemed on another account. As with others who posted here, I was told nothing could be done as the gift card was likely compromised on my email. Amazon indicated only the purchaser could check into details. Tremendous indicated they could not do that. It is interesting that this same scenario happened to others as well.Tremendous, LLC

I tried to open an account with ********************** and was notified immediately after processing my first payment that my account did not meet their requirements and that they had closed the account. They will not give me any explanation other than: "Please understand that we're generally unable to share the full details of our account verification process for privacy and security purposes. The account approval process is handled by our team in line with the security and compliance policies of Tremendous and our financial partners and takes a number of items into consideration when making these decisions. Unfortunately, were not able to share the specific reason why, and our support team also doesnt have access to that information."I added both the credit card and bank account info for my small business, so I am not sure what happened. All email communication feels like I am talking with an AI chat bot or a very disinterested person. Really shocking how hard it is to give this company your money. I am grateful though after reading the other reviews...Tremendous, LLC

I am currently dealing with a bad experience with them. I received notification that I received a large smount of money from a class action settlement . Tremendous was supposed to deposit it in my bank account . They deposited the money into the wrong account, not mine. Now they are saying I have to wait 14 buisness days to see if the bank returns the money to them. They say there is not anything they can do on their end. Similarly, Tremendous is unable to cancel or reverse a bank transfer once it has begun processing. If this transfer is returned to Tremendous by your bank, it may take up to 14 days before you're able to re-redeem the payout. horrible customer service! all answers are AI generated. who issues mastercard prepaid card but you cannot go over the $ they issued to you? even if iam willing to pay for the rest of the $ value. Name of the people in the email *** and ************** think this company is a scammer.Tremendous, LLC

Whether or not a merchant will allow a split transaction is at their discretion; Tremendous has no ability to force a split transaction. Most merchants do not allow split transactions for online purchases. We recommend that you make a purchase that is equal to or lesser than the available balance on your card.I hope this helps clarify. This is a horrible company with no morals and totally a scam of a company. I was sent 2 Tremendous gift cards and never used them. A few weeks later I wanted to use them and logged into the Tremendous site and noticed that both cards had a zero balance and had been unauthorized transactions that I did not approve. Obviously a criminal must have hacked into the Tremendous site or used a card generator to steal the funds on my cards. My email was not hacked so it was not an issue on my end. When I reached out to Tremendous customer care to get help to dispute the charges with the retailer and to get my money back, the support refused to help and said that they do not refund or dispute charges even though I was a victim of fraud by a criminal. The support lied and said that my email must have been hacked but I checked and my email was never hacked and my computer was also not hacked. This company is disgusting and refuses to help customers when they are defrauded. They are an awful disgusting company and falsely blames customers when they are a victim of fraud, The retailers that I contacted would not reverse the charges because the retailer stated that Tremendous has to be the one that disputes the charge to help the customer. The customer is not allowed to directly dispute the charge with the retailer. I was told that only the card issuer (Tremendous) can file a dispute to reverse the transaction which Tremendous refused to do. This company is the worst and you should NEVER USE THIS COMPANY for prepaid gift cards since they do not care about customers and are not professional at all. They help criminals steal your money!Tremendous, LLC

1 starThis company is a scam. There must be a kickback with the settlement parties. I received a settlement payment in ********* v. Apple. There were two payouts. I never received the first one but they claim it was obtained, the terms and conditions were agreed, and the card was activated. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!! This unethical company deducted every last ***** in "inactivity fees". Not one notice to me, no refund once I noticed it, they kept the entire amount of settlement I received. I received $110.00 yesterday from this company and transferred it to my bank account. I checked today and now they are taking it back in small increments. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to get a printout of all the transactions so I can take further action. Stay away from this businessTremendous, LLC

Once the funds transfer from Tremendous to PayPal, Tremendous has no ability to withdraw them from your PayPal account. Based on your description of events, it seems you then transferred these funds from your PayPal account to your bank account. ********************** does not have access to your bank account information; it's not possible for Tremendous to make withdrawals from your bank account. Tremendous is anything but!!! Their security is terrible. I was emailed a debit card for payment of services. When I clicked on the email to activate it, all the money was stolen and spent in ******* before I even activated the card!! When I reached out to Tremendous they told me my email was not secure and I had to call the merchants to try and collect the stolen funds! My email is quite secure and has never been hacked!! Their security is terrible and despite multiple emails, they refused to refund me. If anyone offers payment through Tremendous, do NOT waste your time!!!Tremendous, LLC
