      I tried contacting the company numerous times via chat, email and phone and received no help at all, the chat never seems to be working, email says undeliverable even though Im copying the address and the phone always clicks off. I wanted to settle my payments thru the actual company but now its sent to collections, with a company Im not 100% their legitimateI had to ask them several times before they produced a letter. I would like the charges brought out of collections since I tried several times to contact the company with no luck. I would like to pay Katapult directly. Thank you.

      I am writing in response to correspondence I received claiming that I owe a balance of $2,025.00 to Katapult. I firmly dispute this debt as it is based on false information.The lease from Katapult incorrectly states that a couch was never returned. This is false. The couch in question was, in fact, refunded January 12, 2022 | 08:35 PM EST. Furthermore, all other items listed in the lease have been paid off in full.Given these facts, I do not owe any outstanding balance to Katapult.I hereby formally dispute this alleged debt and demand that:This false information be immediately removed from my account.No negative information be reported to any credit bureaus regarding this matter.All collection efforts cease immediately.As per my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I request NO FURTHER CONTACT REGARDING THIS MATTER. Any future communication, except to notify me that collection efforts have ceased or that legal action will be taken, is a violation of the ******

      07/29/24 I have paid off three loans through Katapult. All before due. Over 1200 dollars of loans. It shows 1900 approved. I went to do a purchase was was denied. Yet I have paid off each loan early. They gave me no explanation and stated that they would look into it. I believe they were upset due to me paying over three of five loans early.

      On July 5th I attempted to buy a product from ******* threough a 3rd party, katapult. I was charged money as an initial payment and given a temporary card for the purchase. The card was denied. I immediately called katapult and was told it would be escalated and to give it 24 to 48 hours. I then recieved an email saying cancellataion was denied. I called and was told it would again be escalated and to await email. I then received an email asking for more information I called and was told again that it would be escalated. Then I received another email asking me to contact ******* and have them call katapult. As card was denied this is an unreasonable request and I told them as much. After putting a review on bbb board I received another email saying they wanted to discuss it and said they had called and left message which is a flat lie. I did respond to email giving phone number and time to call me but as of yet have not heard from them. They took my money gave me a bad card to purchase product and refuse to refund me me. In my mind this is fraud and should be addressed. The company is katapult ********************************* I do have all the emails and my repossess Id needed.

      I purchased several items from Best Buy using Katapult and returned the items to the store. The store issued a full refund to the Katapult one-time **** card on 5/28. To date, Katapult is reporting they have not received the money and I am still being charged for the lease. *** called numerous times about this issue, sent in a copy of the receipt, and it is still unresolved. There is no way that it takes 3-4 weeks for them to receive money from a **** transaction that typically posts in 3-4 business days. Im being charged for merchandise I dont have.

      First let me say I have been a customer since 2022 I had multiple different loans of which I have made all payments also paid in full three of them, my issues are recently I payed a loan off completely before I took out another one for tires, I was denied I called customer service and was told underwriting had denied me and could not give a reason but for me to try back in 30 days , I asked why I have always kept my account in good standing. I was told katApult does not do credit check, after talking to a supervisor she told there partners with a company that does do credit checks so which is it, I still have loans with this company and for the life of me it is sure going to be hard to make those payment's knowing that it will not help me at all. What happened to customer loyalty I was sure loyal to them.

      I emailed them for a 14 day grace ****** they lied and didnt honor that. Instead they charged my account 9 times and now I will be closing account bank account so nobody getting nothing. I Try to get in contact with customer service and they want you to send text. This is a greedy business and I cant wait until they are closed. If you lease a 100 dollar item you will have to pay $500 dollars by the time they are finished with you. Overall the worst business I have ever did business with. They may have first time customers but most are not going to return. Not a pillar for community or help just greed.

      I purchased some items from using Katapult and noticed as soon as I purchased the item it was cancelled due to the items being out of stock. the item was canceled litterally 2 minutes after I tried purchasing this item before it was even processed. Katapult is still charging me for the item because they say they havent received the money back from ******* even though I sent them the invoice that shows they cancelled the item and what the total amount was that was charged to the Katapult card. They continue to say that I have to pay for this item until they get the refund even though they can see the item was cancelled. This is shady business practices. I have forwarded all the emails to them but they still will not cancel my order. Why as a customer am I still paying for an item I never got. They should adjust my lease and then they can figure out on the backend how to get their money back they were actually never charged.

      I have been approved for $1627.60 thats what it tells me when I log on. I have a few leases but I stil should have $500 or $600 more credit to use. When I went to make a purchase through Katapult after it says I have available credit I get denied. When I called to ask why they said the underwritting didnt approve it and I had to wait 30 days. When I asked what the reason for not approving it was nobody could give me an answer. I was never late in my payments and I have never missed a payment so I dont understand why Im being denied. The website ****** said I had credit to use still. I was willing to drop the whole matter until I got a new email today telling me that my credit limit had been increased. I go back online to make a purchase only to be denied again. Why are you denying me when you say I have available credit and why are you sending me emails telling me my limit was increased only to deny me last minute. You shouldnt be telling me I have credit when I dont. I want to have my credit line like it says I should have.
