1 starI made a payment in the middle of last month and it was supposed to be for two months, but they didnt advance my payment date and took another entire payment on the first. When I called in, I asked them to remove me from auto pay and to take the card off of my file because it was not a card that could be used for these payments. today they did the same thing and debited that same card for payment. When I called in, they told me cards cant be removed unless they are replaced. The person I talked to last month said that he removed all of the cards and took me off of auto pay. Both times these payments have caused hardship for me and they refuse to reverse them. I understand that the payment was due, but the account they took it from was not authorized.Review fromAntoinette J

I am currently fighting for my money back that they can clearly see that I dont owe them!!! Please dont even waste your times. I had an Amazon cart of $900 worth of items. I was approved for $1000 with the down payment Of $300. Cool. I checked out with the debit card they provided but for some crazy reason, only 1 item was purchased with the debit card and the rest was denied. The 1 item that was purchase was for $211, however ******** still charged me $300 for a down payment on items that didnt go thru! I ended up buying the rest of my cart with my own money. I reached out a month ago, telling them what happened and they confirmed they are only $210 was used with their debit card but $300 was still charged to mine. Therefore Im actually owed money! They asked for screenshots and I sent them. Almost 2 months later they are still trying to get proof of what took place. Why??? When its already been confirmed by every rep *** spoken to that I only used $211 and was charged $300! I spoke with a supervisor and still got the same response, looking into it and will reach out. I will never in my life use this company. I tried to treat it as credit but I rather buy direct. What makes it even worse is they charged my card again today for the monthly payment of $84! So now they owe me even more money! Do not use them!Katapult

First let me start by saying I had never even heard of this company in all my years until just recently my cousin told me about their 90 day leasing options. I decided to try it because I needed to order furniture and planned to pay it off within 3 weeks. I ordered 3 beds from a furniture store on 2/9/25 using Katapult. I paid off my full balance on 2/25/25. I returned 2 of the beds on 3/2/25. Refunds were processed on 3/4/25 and 3/7/25. I was told 3-5 business days to receive my refund. It has now been more than 2 weeks and still no refund. I have the emails showing the refunds were processed from merchant. I have reached the merchant and Katapult several times. I have been given the run around from Katapult. They even tried to tell me to give it 10 business days. Well it has been longer than that now. I forwarded them the email from the merchant showing my refunds were processed. They responded saying they still havent received my refund from the merchant. I am going to end up getting my attorney involved and I wasnt trying to do that. Now as I was writing this review, I just received an email saying that my refund has been approved. Let's see how much longer this will take. Also, the amount on the email is about $25 less than I was expecting, and I don't know why. I have already been beat out of excessive shipping fees for returning the items. I will never ever do this again.Katapult

I do not recommend this company for any lease to own products, I paid my account off almost 4 years ago and I tried to get another agreement and now I get denied every time. I reached out to the company and they said they can not tell me why Im getting denied because the system is automated and the system makes the chose to approve or not and they have no way to make changes. I used to work for a technology company similar to this and was able to correct issues if they arose or even overroad the system. They verified that my information was correct and informed me to try again in 30 days. They are not helpful and they seem to be a once agreement company. They seem like a scam company and dont want customers to return. I highly recommend not to use this company and go to flexshopper or any other company with the same lease to own system. I think their underwriting system needs an overhaul. I do thank them for allowing me to get my only leased property but I will not recommend them and to let people know their practices.Katapult

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for their payment service for furniture. I ordered my furniture back in September, but the furniture company I ordered from kept pushing my order back because the furniture was on back order. I received my order in December but was already getting emails about a payment being due on an order that I have not received. I originally paid wanting to utilize their 90 day off. I get another email shortly after receiving my furniture saying that my 90 day payoff period was going to end that month at the end of the month. but I hadnt even received my furniture until December. Apparently the 90 day payoff is only valid at the time that you place your order is what I was told. But it wouldnt make sense for me to pay on an item that I had not received yet, they need to reevaluate their whole 90 day payoff plan because it shouldnt be that I have to pay it off right before I even receive my order. My payment shouldnt start until after I receive my order. The whole business seems shady I definitely will not use them in the future! They didnt allow me to pay it off at the amount that I paid for the furniture, which I had $680 left to pay instead they said they could only reduce it to $1075. I definitely will not use them in the future, had I known this from the beginning I wouldnt have used their services in the first place. ****** learned!Katapult

I have an issue with not receiving my items purchased from ****** through katapult. I send over proof showing the item did not go through when purchasing my amazon items but katapult is still charging me for items I didnt receive. The higher *** at ****** spoke with katapult supervisor and send an official email stating the items was not purchased. I am still being charged by kaltapult even though all my proof was submitted months ago.Katapult

1 starI've been using them for 4 years, have paid off multiple leases and have 2 active paid faithfully. Supposedly I have over $2018 pre-approval amount that I can't use.
